Thought-provoking lessons perfect for high school grads as well as anyone who is seeking mindfulness in his or her life. You don't have to be a Buddhist to read this book, but can read each lesson and apply it to your own beliefs in life. This book may may you think about life in different ways and if you approach reading it with an open mind, you will definitely learn new things about yourself or at least be reminded of the important things in life. I found this easy to read and will be passing it along to a high school grad this summer. I received a copy of this book through a Goodreads giveaway.

Short lessons to help you stay on track. I plan to give away copies to any of my students who seem to be struggling.

I've now read this a second time - one lesson for each day. They are great reminders to remain focused and compassionate.
