Tule Publishing maintains excellent standards with everything they publish. This initial entry of the Eros line is no exception. The Seduced boxed set contains three stories that are titillating, full of love, lust, and heat. Each story gives the reader more than over the edge sexual content. The novellas contain terrific stories with conflict, tension and real plots along with scenes that will curl your toes, literally! I loved the entire set of novellas!

Lacey Morgan returns to Australia to face her past. Married to an abuser, she had left him to take control back over her life, knowing that her eventual return would bring her back to Kane Sampson, her husband’s half-brother and the man she truly loved. She vows to only stay a week-time enough to chase her demons and get Kane out of her mind and heart once and for all.

Piper Thomas has lived with the guilt over the death of her teenage boyfriend for five years. "Her Dark Guardian" by Mel Teshco 5 stars
This is the story of Lacey Morgan and Kane Sampson. When Kane and Lacey met he knew that for once his brother had the woman he wanted. Lacey fled from her violent husband who happened to be Kane's half brother. She has come back to face her pass and to see Kane the one she wants but can't have. This story catches your attention right away. The attraction between Lacey and Kane is intense with steamy scenes. For a quick read there is a lot of depth to this story. The story brings to light the emotional scars of domestic violence. I really enjoyed how the scenes unfolded.

This is Piper Thomas and Mason Hunter's story. Piper and Mason have a pass. Piper was dating Mason's brother when he was killed in an accident. Mason and Piper meet up again after not seeing each for a long time. They both are attracted to each other but feel they each are off limits since Piper dated his brother. Or are they off limits to each other. In this story there is a lot of misunderstandings or really lack of communication between the characters due to being afraid of getting hurt. But there was no lack of spicy steamy scenes.

This is the story of Jon and Shari. Jon and Shari have been best friends for a really long time and has always loved her. Shari discovers that her fiance has been cheating so she talks Jon into going with her on her honeymoon trip while everybody is at the church where she was supposed to be married. This is a sweet and steamy romance between two people that have been best friends for years.

These three novellas are all well done in their own right and combined do heat up the screen. Be prepared for some darkness and a lot of preconceived notions that will be broken down. Oh and better watch where you are reading these…

In this short story Mel has put together and interesting cast of characters, deception and intrigue and some fairly hot scenes. While things do move quickly this is a great short novella that will have you asking for more of Mel’s writing. However be forewarned, there is some domestic violence involved.

Ms. Stivali has taken this novella into an interesting romantic twisted world where things are always what they seem, except when they are. She breathes life into her characters and they bring heat onto the page. It’s a quick read but one with a HEA.

Three stories of women falling in love—or back in love—with men whom they’ve known for a while.
In the first we get an Australian supermodel who comes back to the country home of the guy she can’t resist, who happens to be the brother of her psycho ex-husband. Seems hard to believe the bad guy would give in so easily after all that anger—that was a bit of a letdown—but other than that a decent story.

Next up is a British girl falling for the brother of her ex-fiancé, who died five years ago, before they could marry. Everyone feels guilty about it but keeps it bottled inside, so the requisite miscommunication ensues. He’s adamant about this not being a relationship, in order to spare her emotional pain, so he thinks. Problem is, he claims–in his mind–to be in love with her and yet does a total dick move near the end; he doesn’t deserve her.
Story was ok, but the miscommunication common in romance novels was particularly egregious. Didn’t care for it in the end.

This one falls squarely under the “Love was there all along!” cliché, making it kinda run of the mill, though for the most part I enjoyed the writing and snark. As again seems sadly requisite for the genre, misunderstandings and erroneous conclusions almost screw things up before they remember to communicate.

If you like your romance with a bit of heat, you'll enjoy this box set. It's filled with passionate couples who share a bond filled with heat sexual tension. The authors did a wonderful job! The characters are complex and their romantic drama is complicated. The settings are varied and provide an interesting background for our lovers. I enjoyed the smartly written dialogue that made me smile or feel sad. I especially enjoyed Every Breath You Take by Christina Phillips. Watching Piper Thomas come to grips with her past and seeing her take a chance on a future with the man she has always desired was amazing. I admired her courage. It takes a strong person to face the truth and reach for a dream that may not be obtainable. Christina Phillips did an excellent job combining heartbreak and passion Also, I'm happy that I found two new to me authors (Mel Teshco and Karen Stivali). I definitely want to read more of their work. Seduced is a perfect Valentine's Day treat.

The Seduced box set is Tule Publishing's first offering under its new Eros imprint. As this set was billed as erotic and given the sensual cover, I had expected each of the novellas to be fairly steamy. Sadly the only one that came close was Every Breath You Take. The other two were frankly pretty tame.
Plotwise I was also not really taken by this set. Each story was pretty much the standard fare in the boy-girl steamy sexual attraction leads to undying love line of stories. Not much depth.
While this set clearly didn't push my buttons it just might be the ticket if you're after a few quick, light and undemanding reads.
Settings range from south eastern Victoria and Melbourne to London and on to exotic exotic Aruba, giving the reader a nice variety to choose from. I suspect this set is more likely to suit the twenty-something market based on the age of the characters and where they are in their lives. At the current bargain price it's worth checking out.

A fun quick read of three short stories that involve Valentine's Day.
Her Dark Guardian- 4**** I liked this short story. Lacey falls in love and it is not all that she thought it would be. After many years in a bad marriage, she is able to finally move on, with help from Kane. The one man she should stay far away from.
Every Breath You Take- 3*** This story was good. Piper loses her boyfriend in an accident when she was young. Every year she visits his parents to reminisce. One visit she runs into his younger brother, who she still has a crush on.
Always You- 4**** This was my favorite story in the set. Shari leaves her fiance and runs off with her best friend Jon. They enjoy her honeymoon together and discover how well they fit together, in more than one way.

Three quick, short and steamy reads .... from three different authors. I enjoyed all the three novellas and particularly liked the one on Jon & Shari best, closely followed by Piper and Mason and then, Lacey and Kane story ... all the three were goo in their own way ... If you are looking for short entertaining and steamy reads .... this is your best bet! Excellent anthology from Tule Publishing .

Each story has a great storyline of their own that touches on many different subjects. If you like spicier, steamy, hot fast-paced stories with great characters this book is for you! Overall 3.5 stars. I couldn't jive with the first book "Her Dark Guardian" and it really didn't feel like erotica to me. Book 2 "Every Breath You Take" made up for it and both style, writing and steam! Book 3 "Always You" fell right in the middle and was enjoyable.
Hoping future Eros books are more like "Every Breath You Take"!

Great anthology from Tule Publishing! It contains three short and steamy reads from different authors. My favorite out of the three novellas had to be the story of Kane and Lacey, Her Dark Guardian. However, the other two, Every Breath You Take and Always You were awesome. Each protagonist had a painful past but also had a steamy storyline. Great start to the new Eros line from Tule!
