LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. LOVED IT. I guess it’s pretty clear that I LOVED Dirty Little Rendezvous by Emma Hart. How could I not considering that Emma Hart is one of my favorite authors and add in the fact that the Burke Brothers are back and this time the spotlight is on Leila Burke and she is ready to take center stage in her love life.

Dirty Little Rendezvous was everything and so much more that I wanted in this book. This book had it all. And I mean everything from family, banter, humor, love, and passion. And did I forget to mention a sexy swoon-worthy hero that will literally melt your panties. So of course, yes Emma Hart delivered a book that will hold you hostage and I mean hostage because I could not for the life of me put this book down. This book will have your heart bursting with so much love and have you laughing like a fool. And most importantly, it will have you smiling big and wanting to reread this book again. So yes, go read this book and find out why Jase and Leila are one smoking hot couple.

description She's the girl you write songs about. Not just any song though. The songs that makes albums that go to number one worldwide and go on to be platinum... She's the girl that makes you sing them from their god damn soul.

After finishing Dirty Little Rendezvous it is the first time I have ever, felt that it was enough. That a book ended the way it was supposed to. And even though I want more, which I guess I will always want, I am so happy with how everything ended for Leila.

2am. That's when I finished this book. I was hooked and so invested into the story that I just had to finish this story no matter what time.

I adore The Burke Brothers! Every single one of them, from Conner (my first love) to Kye, I LOVED, ADORED and fell in love with each and every one of them. Their flaws, their perks, their nuances, what made them tick, their highs and their lows because that's just who they were and that's what made them them!

I just can't string enough sentences to tell you how I feel. I never really expected this when I signed up to read Dirty Little Rendezvous. Leila was not something I had imagined. Loyal, blunt, sassy and fun, yes! But that "other" side. Never!

Here you are going to read about me harping on and on about Leila and less of Jase! *gasp* I'm pretty sure you're thinking "HOW?! Emma has written heroes where you just can't stop gushing about them!"

But I CAN'T HELP IT!!! Leila Burke literally stole every single spotlight made it shine on her. She is just so easy to connect to! There are so many things that I can say about her. It is crazy how much my reader side connected to Leila and even though what I'm talking about is not quite spoiler-ish I don't want to mention it! Simply put, Leila's idea of love story is something I wish for myself.

description I want to be kissed the way they kiss in my books... With everything except resttraint or concern for the rest of the world. For even two minutes, I want to feel like I am the world.

Jase Masters... He's hot, cocky and British!!! My god, do I love me some British man! He's on tour with Dirty B as their supporting act and when he is at the cusp of stardom and getting the big break, he meets Leila

Leila, the youngest of all Burke's tags along with her brother's and best friends. What she wanted was to have a down time from her recent break up and just be free. What she didn't expect was to her one night stand. Jase Masters.

Leila is fiercely independent and wants to be by herself... Okay, maybe have the hot Brit guy next to her as well.

She ignores him.
He tries to do everything to make her notice him and he won't stop until he gets what her wants. A certain sassy, Southern pain in the arse *GAHHH!!! I just love how the British say their words!*

She wants the love that most of us readers dream of... The book love. Can Jase really give that to her? Will he be the one who will help Leila tick of the most important items off of her Bucket List?

The intensity between the two is just amazing!! But aside from that, Leila and Jase connect with each other like two perfect pieces of a puzzle.

As is always the trope of any Emma Hart book is that there are moments that will make you laugh, grin like a fool and make your breath hitch with all that love and promises.

This book was literally EVERYTHING to me! And like I said before, with every Emma Hart book, her hero and her heroines, I always want more. But this time it really felt enough. The book really ended the way it had to. I even loved how you tied up everything in a pretty little package and came full circle with the last line.

description You're the world Leila. I'll write songs about you and you'll write novels about me.

The Burke Brothers are my absolute favorite group of filthy mouthed, alpha males. Conner, Tate, Aidan, and Kye are extremely talented, sexy, and driven individuals who had me frustrated, swooning, and hot and bothered on numerous occasions throughout their books. Their sister, Leila, plays a pivotal part in each of the brothers’ stories, giving her advice to and having the backs of their women and forcing her sass and sailor mouth on anyone who needed a kick in the butt. When Emma Hart announced that Leila was getting her own story, I couldn’t have been more excited because I knew Leila’s journey was going to be a wild and dirty ride simply because she wouldn’t want it any other way! And, the fact that a “Hot Brit” is the man tasked to tame the sassy southern girl made the book even more intriguing because who wouldn’t be a goner for a sexy, accented man?!

The girl who’s used to living in the shadows of her famous brothers finds herself thrust into the spotlight once again, but this time, it has nothing to do with her brothers or their music; it has everything to do with a certain “potential international superstar” who fate just happened to bring back into Leila’s life and turn it on its side when she realizes that even if she “grounded her vagina”…even if hooking up again is a bad idea…even if she has issues with the media storm that comes with being with someone famous, there’s something about Jase Masters that calls to her and it’s not just his god-like body.

Jase Masters is absolutely swoonworthy, and he’s a master at owning every inch of Leila’s body with his smooth caresses, filthy mouth, and impressive physique. But it’s not just her body that Jase wants, and despite their need to keep everything a secret and the major distraction that Leila brings to Jase’s career, they move beyond friends with benefits, but what exactly that means is unclear because there are a tremendous amount of variables to consider – one being Leila’s four brothers and their need to ensure her heart remains guarded.

Emma Hart does a tremendous job of conveying every aspect of Leila’s personality through her storytelling and Leila’s internal musings. Leila is a strong willed, feisty, and hilarious woman who puts up a good front about not allowing her emotions to consume her, but she also realizes that what she feels for Jase might just be worth the risk.

One attribute that Leila has that spoke to me is her love of reading. When Leila explains to Jase what reading is and what it allows her to do, I knew Hart was exposing her own thoughts and those of avid readers, and the way that scene is written is enlighteningly beautiful.

Dirty Little Rendezvous is exactly the story I envisioned for Leila. It’s sexy. It’s sweet, and it showcases just how much of a force to be reckoned with Leila Burke is. In true Hart fashion, Leila and Jase have to deal with a few roadblocks as they figure out who they want to be to each other, but as that contemplation occurs, they still move forward by getting to down one another on more than just a carnal level, which proves to them as well as readers, that what Leila and Jase give to each other is reason enough to fight through the bullshit and give a real relationship a chance.

Once again, Emma Hart has wooed me with her words and her characters. There’s a playfulness between Leila and Jase that resonates off of the pages, and one way that connection is illustrated is through the steady stream of British/American words that both confound and enthrall them. I seriously could listen to their banter forever because it’s a clear indication that they “get” each other, which is exactly what the Burke brothers have always wanted for their younger sister.

5 Bucket List Book Love Stars!

“No, Jase is nota sit-on-the sidelines guy. He’s most definitley a throw-you-down, make-you-beg, overpower-you, and fuck-you-until-you-not-only-can’t-breathe-but-can-only-scream kinda guy. That’s why he’s so dangerous.”

“He said it so easily, so simply, like those five words were nothing. They rolled right off his tongue freely, as though they were lyrics to one of his songs and he’s sung them a thousand times. More than anything, though, he said them honestly. I believe his words, believe him.”

“Jase?” “Will you catch me? If I fall?” “Baby….I’d hit the ground first just to catch you.”

Just when I thought I couldn’t possibly love the Burke family anymore, Emma Hart had to go and give me Leila and Jase’s story and totally prove me wrong. Dirty Little Rendezvous was so much more than I expected. Leila’s story sucked me in from the very first page. From the very first moment you meet Leila, you are hit with her attitude and strong personality. Right away, I knew that her story was going to be a good one and I could not wait to read more. Then you add in a European trip, four overprotective alpha male brothers, and a hot British musician, how could you possibly go wrong?? What you’re left with is a great story with some entertaining good times!!

Dirty Little Rendezvous has everything you could ask for, want or need in an Emma Hart read. This book is entertaining and filled with lots of family and a lot of heart. This book will make you laugh and I mean, you will laugh your ass off. Your face will hurt from all the smiling, smirking and laughing. But, that’s not all. This book will make you swoon. Boy will you ever swoon. There are no words to describe just how swoon-worthy Jase is. I just want to bottle up all the sweet words that come out of his mouth. But, don’t let those sweet, sexy, swoon-worthy words fool you. Jase talks dirty, is cocky and I just adore his personality. He is definitely the right match for Leila.

I don’t know what else to tell you, other than I just loved this book. It was everything and more and totally exceeded my expectations. Emma Hart has once again blown me away with her sexy and fun story-line, delivering a story that will not only leave you with a smile on your face, but will make your heart swoon. I absolutely love the Burke family and think that Leila’s story was a fabulous addition to this series. Fans of Emma Hart and The Burke Brothers series, you definitely do not want to miss out on this one!

Wow! What an amazing read.

Having read a couple of books in the Burke Brothers series, I was really looking forward to reading this book as I've always enjoyed Leila as a character. This book definitely lived up to my expectation and some!

It had everything I could ask for in a quick read:

*A hot man to swoon over - Jase is perfect leading man material.
*A sassy, snarky, independent leading lady - Leila can easily hold her own with her over-protective brothers and their respective partners.
*A family and friends theme - love how they all look out for each other, even if her brothers are more than a tad OTT when it comes to her sex life!
*Steamy romance - this book delivers in spades.
*Rockstar world - love Dirty B. and the world that Emma has created. Rocker romances are some of my fav to read and the Burke Brothers series is one of the best rocker series. This book is a superb addition (though it can completely be read as a standalone.)
*Hysterically funny moments, comedic scenes and plenty of witty banter that flowed so naturally.
*Great, consistent pacing.
*Fabulous writing.
*Well-developed characters.

I could gush all day but I think you get the gist. The only slight thing that irritated me was how Jase didn't apparently recognize Leila at first. Then, later on, he talks about how she left an indelible mark on his heart, and it didn't stack up with his initial reaction. Even later on, when they are discussing their reactions upon meeting again, he gave the impression that he knew straight away who she was but the scene wasn't written like that. Only minor, but it bugged me.

Overall, though, this was a fantabulous read, and one I would highly recommend. Thanks to the publisher and publicist for providing a copy in exchange for my honest review. This review will appear on my blog on May 17th. http://myyanabookobsession.com

Salacious, naughty secrets...hot British rocker...and romantic foreign cities! Everything you need in a phenomenal new novel from Emma Hart!

I had not read the previous books about the Burke Brothers, which I now need to do ASAP! But I was never confused or lost when reading this book, as it focuses on Leila, the younger sister. It does familiarizes me with all the brothers, and was given just enough backstory to where I knew just enough without spoiling their individual stories! And the introduction of the sexy British singer Jase Masters, drove this story through the roof!

Dirty Little Rendezvous is enticing, scorching, and oh so mouthwatering! Leila is feisty and bold, but also very caring with hints of inner vulnerability. Her lively personality is very strong, and she's not afraid to express herself as such. And Jase... such a charming, flirtatious and likable guy! He counters Leila's character perfectly, and has a seductive way of provoking her attitude! Their connection is irresistible, and the attraction they have for each other is intense and explosive.

The flow of the story and the build up of Leila and Jase's relationship was highly enjoyable! The whole "forbidden romance" aspect really drove the book, and I could not turn the pages fast enough to find out what witty, sarcastic and funny words came next! The dialogue is brilliant!...from a 3 year old cashing in on the character's 'colorful' use of swear words, to the quirky use of British slang, and the carnal, erotic moments...very entertaining!

You will not be disappointed with this book! The attitude, the relationships all the characters share with each other, and the raw emotions displayed makes this an absolute MUST READ!

5 Alluring Stars!

To say I’ve been anxiously waiting for Leila Burke’s story is an understatement. She’s just been biding her time, sitting back, allowing her four hot, sexy, rock star brothers and their girlfriends bask in the attention. Well, let me tell you, Leila and Jase’s story was worth EVERY FUCKING MINUTE of the wait!

I adore a strong female lead character. A character who takes no shit—who gives back as good as she gets. This is Leila Burke. She’s the youngest and has been dealing with (and outsmarting) four alpha male siblings for years! And things don’t change just because she’s traveling with them out of the country—if anything, she’s even more snarky on the road than at home.

Especially around Jase Masters. The “hot Brit” Leila hooked up with eighteen months ago. The “hot Brit” who’s now the Dirty B’s opening act? The “hot Brit” Leila can’t resist? And lucky for Leila, Jase can’t resist her either.

Gah, I could go on and on about the awesomeness that is their relationship—Leila and Jase just “get” each other. They are magical together. Magical even when Leila’s brothers act like idiots. Magical even when Leila and Jase worry about their future. Magical. Period.

I loved catching up with all the Burke brothers and their women, too. Connor, Sophie and Mila, the little cuss con artist. Tate and Ella. Aiden and Jessie. Kye and Chelsey. And the epilogue. Sweet Jesus. Amazing. ~ Missy, 5 HUGE stars

~~~
I will admit, I have not read the other books in this series, and when I found out it was book five, I was a tad worried I would be lost. But then… I LOVED THIS BOOK SO HARD!!! So basically, even if you have not read the others, YOU NEED TO READ THIS BOOK!
I am not going to go into a synopsis of the book—you can read that almost anywhere—but I will tell you to put on your seat belt and enjoy the ride that is Leila and Jase.
The dynamics of this family flies off the page and literally smacks you upside the head. You can tell the brothers love Leila with everything they have, but still treat her as the baby, even if she is a 23-year-old woman. When they set the “ground rules” out, you can almost feel the tension rolling through the room. Mix that with Leila’s sass and charm, and you know she is going to put them through their paces.
Jase is my new book husband. He is almost painfully perfect but in the best way possible. The fact that, right off the bat, he is willing to do just about anything for her, shows what a stand-up man he truly is. There were a few times when they were out when I wanted to reach in and smack him upside the head for forgetting there are cameras everywhere these days, but the way he swooped in to save the day made it all better.
With this being my first book by this author, I was really not sure what I was expecting—but what I got was a million times better. You can tell this author really connects with her characters and loves them as if they were her family (and they very well may be). I will be running to purchase the rest of this series right now! ~ Devlynn, 5 stars
~~~

I have to say, Leila has been one of my favorite characters in the Burke Brothers series, and when I reached the end of Dirty Tricks, I was super disappointed that we weren’t going to see her get a well-deserved HEA.

And that’s where Dirty Little Rendezvous comes in…

When Leila heads off on tour with her brothers’ band, Dirty B, she doesn’t expect to come face-to-face with a man she had one dirty night with eighteen months prior, and when she does? SPARKS, Y’ALL. Serious sparkling little jolts of chemistry between feisty, sassy Leila and hot, tattooed and British, Jase. *fans self* They were dirty, sexy and panty-melting—and left me feeling a little overheated, if you catch my drift.

I really did love these two together, but I have to admit that, as someone who has read the entire Burke Brothers series, I was expecting something different for Leila. Possibly I should have hunted down a proper blurb before I dove in, but I was disappointed at first that this story of Leila’s wasn’t the one I had envisioned from the first book.

No matter. I still enjoyed the back and forth, the push and pull, the sneaking and spanking between this couple, and I have to say that Leila Burke is one of my favorite—if not my favorite—Emma Hart females. She was the right blend of cocky and snarky and sarcastic, without it ever spilling over into the dreaded bitch territory, and yet, she still felt soft and vulnerable at all the right moments. Moreover, she was well matched with Jase, who was sweet and a gentleman (who’ll hold the door for you and stare at your arse while he’s at it… *wiggles eyebrows*).

While I DO think that Dirty Little Rendezvous is Ms. Hart’s best book in this series since Dirty Past, I feel compelled to note that the ending (NOT the epilogue, let’s be clear on that because that epilogue was per-fec-tion) was something that could have be truly beautiful with a little more communication and honesty, and little less trickery. Simply put, I liked the ending, but I didn’t love it. It didn’t give me the swoons and feels I had hoped for, and felt like I was on the road towards as this couple went from rendezvous to relationship to real love.

Although…that epilogue more than gave me those feels so, kudos to Ms. Hart for that…and for giving Leila Burke the HEA she deserved. ~ Beth, 4 stars

5 Sassy Southern girl & Brit Boy Stars

loved Leila & Jake 's story

Leila: I'm just a girl living in the shadows of her famous brothers,

This is Leila the sister of 3 rockstar over protective brothers, little sister of the Burke brothers.

Leila is sassy, speaks her mind has backbone and proves to be rubbish at keeping secrets.

London boy Jace is the supporting act for Dirty B, The Burke brothers.

This story immediately pulls you in with the overprotective ways of Tate & the sass and rebellion of Leila, when Leila invites herself on her brothers tour, the condition of no dating or one night stands from Tate becomes an obstacle when she discovers she has met Jace before.

Once the flame is rekindled the heat is definitely turned up.

Jace: She grasps my shirt, so I kiss her harder and fall the rest of the way in love with her.

What you get with dirty little rendezvous is great characters, banter,humour lots of sass, laugh out loud moments and hot intimate moments that Emma Hart always perfects along with a brilliant hea.

"Will you catch me if I fall?"
"Even if I fall along with you"
I ask my voice rough.
"Baby ..... I'd hit the ground first just to catch you"

Told in dual pov's you're transported into the thoughts and feelings of both characters in the plot and still get glimpses of the Burke brothers from previous books.

Can be read as a standalone but also recommend previous books, you don't want to miss out on the Burke brothers.

I've read authors books from all different countries and Emma Harts ability to combine both the American and British in one book was brilliant, it flowed, it worked, made me laugh & swoon, just fab writing.

looking forward to more from Emma Hart and loved the teaser at the end from her next book Stripped Bare.

5.0 LOVE AND SLICK STARS!!!

HOOOOOOT!!!!
Emma Hart has done it again and she really did not disappoint. With Jase and Leila's story I could not ask for more. I enjoyed reading the book to bits and I love everything that was written. She yet again delivered a funny, looking-forward-to-bickering-moments-, one of a kind family interactions (ooohhhh these Burke Sibling's...just to die for!), alphamale sexiness, off the chart romance and panty melting scenes, swoony and heart clenching moments and a tear jerker scene..say whaaaat??? Yeah right! There's just this scene that really got me that I really do not know why a tear just leaked in my eye...

Uh..uh...it's for you to find out.... ;)

So, Dirty Little Rendezvous is one of those books I have anticipated to be released.With me loving the Burke brothers, nothing could ever made me more happy than to read their little sister's fair of the story. OH MY..OH MY...Emma Hart exceeded the expectation on what I presumed to be Lei's story. I was invested right from the start. Few pages in and I was laughing out loud and surely I missed the Burke's and was even more looking forward to read the rest of the story.

Leila...ooohhh.. Strong-willed. Pigheaded. Stubborn-hearted Southern girl..I love her character! That attitude and her antics..her interactions with her brothers are just super hilarious that made the story more enjoyable to read and much more when it came to the Ground rules her brother's set for her in their tour in London...

One: no unchaperoned dates.”
Two:“No dates with a guy we haven't met yet.”
Three: “No dates with a guy you just met at the Louvre or any museum anywhere in Europe. Or national landmark. Or café. Or restaurant. Or randomly in the street.”
Four:“Absolutely no hitting on anyone within five hundred yards of us, because we'll know.”

But will Leila still follow the rules when, the man he met and hit more than a year ago..is the man she'll gonna be with for a weeks or so?

Now go figure... ;)

To top it all, really the book is a great read. What with all the all consuming scenes and banters. And please for the love of all holy, Emma Hart could really knock on all smoking hot sex scenes that was so bothersome (in a good way) because you'll really need a cold shower!

Told you!Cold.Damn.Shower!

Don't get me wrong, the book is not all that. It might be a lighthearted read, but the emotions in this book is just off the charts. The plot is awesome. And that bucket list??? Please...it really warmed my heart and I literally swooned!Yet again, I was given a beautiful ride of a love story that could surely knock all the feels and more. I was in love with it and I really don't want it to end. Emma Hart just outdone herself! To describe the book in two words? UTTER PERFECTION!

If you love the Burke brothers,don't make a pass on this one. A must read. Highly recommended.

Whoa, whoa, whoa! Hold up! No one warned me about the awesomeness of this book and how it would leave me like a useless puddle on the floor when all is said and read.

All that great reading from the first four books in this series? That was a build-up to this book. So I'm sad that this is the last book in the series (I doubt if they have any secret Burke siblings that we are not aware of. And Pops ain't like that!) but what a way to close it off. Leila and Jase were such joys to read. Lovely, lovely, lovely characters! I mean, I knew Leila was already a kick-ass lady. Add Jase into the mix and the beautiful sparks were all over the place--from London to Paris and back.

Second chances. Bucket list kisses and love. Surprise twists. Not to mention that this series makes me wish I had brothers even if they would probably drive me nuts. And oh, my heart was most definitely not prepared for an inked British indie singer. I will never judge Leila if she got weak at even just the thought of him. I would jump him, too. In a snap.

Reading about the Burke brothers was like a buffet. This book is our dessert. With spinkles! Awww, I'm gonna miss Mimi for damn sure but hats off to Ms Hart for this wonderful series. Tankoooooo so much!

Dirty Little Rendezvous is my first Emma Hart book. I know, I know. What have I been waiting for? Honestly, I have no idea. Thankfully I put my big girl pants on, pushed my reading order OCD to the side and jumped right into this book. Trust me when I say that is a big deal!

Leila Burke is the sister of the famous brothers who make up the band Dirty B. She's convinced to follow them on their recent tour to Europe. However, her brothers have a lot of rules that go along with this trip. They are full on alpha and super protective of their baby sister. With that in mind, Leila plans to use this trip to relax and do what she loves. Read. Little did she know that someone from her past trip to London would be thrown back into her life and change the course of her journey.

Jase Masters is an up and coming British rock star who is now the opening act for Dirty B for their Europe tour. He's expecting to gain experience and a little bit of fame from this. What he wasn't expecting was someone in his past to be there and shake things up. Can he move forward and not let it get in the way of his career?

First of all, I absolutely love the banter between the Burke family and their significant others. They are loud, offensive and obnoxious. Right up my alley. Add over protective and loyal and you have one hell of a circle of love!

Leila is probably my favorite female character of the year so far. She's full of sass and has a mouth on her that would rival the worst of the sailors. She absolutely does not take crap from anyone and she handles herself with her brothers like a champ, almost always out witting them. She's super dramatic in her explanations but it's hilarious and just makes me want to hear more or to stir the pot to get her going. However, she can be vulnerable and she's a closeted hopeless romantic.

Jase is perfect for Leila. He can keep up with her smart mouth and even challenge it a little. He's hot and cocky and can banter with the best of them. What I think I like the most about him is that he just overall gets her. He can sense when he needs to let her work things out. Patiently waiting for her. He recognizes what is going on between them and instead of hiding from it, he embraces it.

"Leila Burke is a mystery of epic proportions. She's sarcastic and sassy, playful and teasing, hard as nails. Yet she's soft, too, beneath all that. She's a tornado of complexity and intrigue, and I'm caught in the eye of her storm."

"She's the girl who makes the songs you write come from your heart. She's the girl who makes you sing them from your god damn soul."

Pretty much anything Jase says makes me swoon. Add in the fact that he's British and I'm a goner.

I'm so happy I read this book and I can't wait to go back and read the others. This book can absolutely be read as a standalone. You won't feel like you missed anything if you read this one first. However, I'll warn you right now that once you do read this, you'll want to go back and read the others. Ever single character is this book is intriguing and if there is more to them, you'll want to read about it. At least that is what happened to me. Especially little Mila!

3 hours and 5 minutes. Yes thats how long it took me to devour this book. When i finished i just put down my kindle and sighed. I wasnt ready for it to end.

I adore Emma's Burke brothers series. After seeing and hearing alot of Leila in her brothers books, i couldnt wait for her story. I just knew it would be brilliant. I mean come on why wouldnt it?
Dirty little rendezvous was so much more than i expected, i literally thought i couldnt love the burke family anymore than i did but Emma proved me wrong.

Jake Masters *sigh* He's hot, Cocky and he's British!!!
Supporting act for Dirty B's tour, a breakthrough for his music career the last person he expected to see was Leila.

Leila tagged along on her brothers tour just because her brother said she couldnt. Expecting to see the sights and enjoy some downtime from her most recent break up she did not expect to see her hot one night stand from a year ago sat at a table supporting her brothers on tour.

She is the one night stand he couldnt forget, the most amazing night of his life. He is the one shes pretending she doesnt know. How long will that game go on for?
After spending some time together on the tour, exlporing places and each other. Leila the independent sarcastic smart arse isnt sure what to do with all the new feelings she has.
Jake knows what he wants and its quite obvious he isnt going to stop until he gets it. As hard as Leila seems all she wants is the kind of love she reads about. Can jake give that to her? Bucket list love and all?

A trip around Europe, four overprotective brothers, a smart mouthed woman, a hot british rockstar and a secret relationship. What could possibly go wrong?

Emmas writing truly is brilliant, this book will have you laughing out loud at times but itll also make you feel so much. It drags you in and you feel like youre right alongside her characters taking the adventure with them. Its full of banter and amusing moments but eventually you get to see right inside these characters. You learn what makes them tick, what they love and what makes them sad. Im so glad Emma has the ability to do this.

This review doesnt quite do it justice but then i never can find the words to express how i feel over an amazing books. I just recommend you one click.

I adore all of her books, this one no different. Leila is my spirit animal ;) I cant wait to read more from Emma.

Bloody Brilliant!

Dirty Little Rendezvous is an utterly delicious, seductively sweet and oh so hot read. Once I lost myself in the world of Burke and Masters, I was in HEAVEN. This whole book is bloody sensational.

So not only do we get ALL of the Burke brothers in Leila's story (BONUS), we also get a SUPER HOT, BRITISH SINGER, with TATTOOS, who's BRITISH and has MUSCLES. He's FUNNY, he's FRESH, he has MUSCLES, wait did I say that already? Lord, I praise all things Jase Masters!! He's ran away with everything he could possibly own in me!! And I don't want it back!!

As a Brit myself, Emma setting this book in Paris & London and having places I could relate too, was a winner before I even started. My connection to this story was THROUGH THE ROOF. I literally inhaled every word and freaking LOVED every second of it. I was not only consumed, devoured, by the sexiness and the humour Emma pours into her words but also the solid beauty and oh so swoony parts that fill this story making it so electric, I felt like I had fire running through my body all the way through.

I'm so glad that Emma gave Leila a book. The spunky, sassy sister of the Burke brothers became a part of me when I read the previous stories. She was everything you wanted in a secondary character. Intriguing. Funny. Loveable. And her own story DOES NOT disappoint, in fact it's BETTER than I could have ever imagined. Leila Burke is a top heroine of mine. She's EVERYTHING I want to read in a female character. She makes me want to be her. Her reaction to British words was priceless and written brilliantly. The whole thing was utter beautiful perfection.

Overall, I think I've read Emma's best book yet, and her other books are chuffing OUTSTANDING!! So you know, this kind of pushes an already high bar even higher. Still, the morning after I'm drowning in a sea of emotional, swoony feels. I don't want to pick up another book, I don't want to lose the happiness these two embedded in me.
I'm sad it's all over, I cried at the epilogue, literally. The little twist Emma adds in was like the icing on the cake.
I hate rating this book 5 stars as it's worth so much more.
I will forever love the HOT, TATTED, MUSCLED singers and their FRESH , SASSY and STRONG leading ladies that make up the Burke's and the Master's.

And of that's not enough. We get LOTS more Mila!!!!

5 stars!

This book was so awesome! I smiled, laughed, maybe giggled (once or twice lol). I loved the storyline and absolutely ADORED the characters. I can honestly say that Leila is in my TOP 5 female characters. This book ended perfectly. It wasn't over the top and was just enough.

Leila and Jase were so easy to connect to, character wise and they connected pretty well chemistry wise as well ;) They knew each other from before when Leila was in London and now years later, they meet again.

"She's the girl you write songs about. Not just any song though. The songs that makes albums that go to number one worldwide and go on to be platinum... She's the girl that makes you sing them from their god damn soul."

The two's story was something that I really enjoyed. There wasn't too much drama. THANK GOD. I loved the British and Toronto references. Those were honestly the highlight of this story next to the characters.

This ended up being my favorite book in the series and I hope that Emma writes more, because me want more!!

Dirty Little Rendezvous

QueenZany 4 Star Review

Dirty Little Rendezvous
by Emma Hart

“Dirty Little Rendezvous” is the first I have ever read from the enchanting Emma Hart. I was eminently thrown in the mix of the Burke Clan. I now wish I would have read the other books in this series first. Since there is so much back stories I felt I missed out on. But yes that's my own issue.
I so felt like a world class traveler with this “Dirty Little Rendezvous”! It was a refreshing spin on a romance novel. That now has me yearning to Visit London and Paris. I felt the love of with Leila. As a strong female myself. Her fervent zest for life.

Aww Jase The languishing and wooing male that he is! Now that can be considered dreamy.
They just made since. Yes there are your drool moments. Plus some that will make me blush.
You will enjoy this book if you like a ton of humor, sex and banter. Which all are in this book!

Ok I am a true follower of this series I never let one go and I have to say I was super excited that Leila was getting a book.

Sometimes the past becomes the present... And he's hot, cocky, and British.

Ok so he is a rocker and he's with a British accent

Leila Burke just broke up with her boyfriend, or was he even a boyfriend. Point is she is single and ready to mingle. Or at least I think she is, she on the other hand is taking a break.

With nothing holding her back she is brought along with her brothers and their wives to JOIN THEM ON THEIR European TOUR!

IT'S REALLY NOT THAT MUCH OF A PARTY HER BROTHERS HAVE HER ON A STRICT DON'T MESS AROUND RULE!!!
She was totally going to follow the rules but!

Jase Masters had no idea what to expect when he agreed to support Dirty B. on tour. She definitely wasn't it.

Oh yeah buddy. The hot sexy opening act rocker who is drop dead gorgeous is her one night fling from eighteen months ago. One look and it all came back to her. I mean she did try to deny it, but the way her body pops every time he walks in the room it was only a matter of time till the sparks started like a fourth of July celebration.

He's rugged and determined.
She's wild and free.
Together, they're a tornado.

This book had everything from giddiness,

To laughs,

To embarrassing moments,

To oh my god that did not just happen

To oh my god oh my god oh my god

And or course the swoon effect!

It was just a great read!!!

TATIA'S REVIEW
5 STARS

This is what I get for jumping the gun. I had my review all planned out. I had it written up and ready so that when I finished the last page I could type it up and be done. I had about 30% left of the book at this point. Then I read the rest and realized that my review was shit. There was no way my review would be able to express the amount of emotions I felt within that last little bit. I didn't expect those emotions. But this is Leila Burke were talking about...I should have known better.
Leila is a woman after my own heart. Smartass. Book junkie. Independent. Doesn't take orders from anyone, except for 3-year old Mila. No one can say no to her. So when Leila gets it in her head to go with her brothers on their European tour, no one can stop her. It'll be a great vacation for her. At least, that's what she thought until she walked in and saw HIM. She never thought she would see him again, much less on tour with her brothers. This should make for an interesting 3 weeks.
At this point, when I see the chance to read and review a new Emma Hart book, I jump on it. I will read anything she gives us. The secrets. The playfulness. The sexiness-it all makes Dirty Little Rendezvous one of my favorite books. It's definitely my favorite in this series. I've said that about every book in this series. They have gotten better and better with each one. I was over the moon when I found out we were getting Leila's story. She's been a favorite character of mine from the beginning. I didn't foresee getting this much from her story though.
"If a book can elicit such real emotion from somebody, if a story can be so powerful you can feel everything the characters are feeling, then reading can't ever be boring."
There are no truer words. Ms. Hart's books will never be boring, especially when she puts out stories and quotes like that. Get ready for an adventure. Leila doesn't do anything mediocre. It's balls to the walls, going full speed ahead, regardless of the consequences all the time.
I was even sick while reading, but I had to push through and suffer through the pain because I HAD to read and live in the world that was created.

5 Very Good Stars!!!

Ever since the first Burke Brother novel, I've been hoping Ms. Hart would give us a book about their sassy sister Leila. And that time has finally come!!

This book had all the sass and sexiness that I've come to expect by Ms. Hart and the best part is that it takes place in Europe, specifically Paris and London. With this setting, we get a birds-eye view of what it's like to be British and Leila has a good time with this when talking to Jase. I loved when she kept asking him to pronounce words just to hear how it sounds.

With the Burke Brothers on the last leg of their tour, they've brought on Jase Masters as their opening act, what the boys don't know that Leila desperately wants to hide, is that she and Jase met last year when Leila was in England. Needless to say, there's some ground rules that they've laid down so they don't have to worry about Leila and picking up men.... yeah like that's going to work!!

I loved how Leila and Jase just clicked. He put up with her sassiness and she put up with his smart-aleck ways. I laughed especially hard at all the ways they tried to avoid not only the media, but Tate, Kye, Aiden and Connor. And then there's Mila, my favorite 3 year-old. Jase just wasn't sure what to make of her and her being the cuss police!

Overall, this was a great read and came at just the right time as I've been reading some pretty emotional books lately. I've yet to read a book by Ms. Hart that I didn't thoroughly enjoy.

Thank you Emma for the privilege of reading this book prior to release.

This review was originally posted on Bookish Things & MoreAs many of you know, I've been waiting for Leila's story. I craved it. How fair is it for her brothers to find their happily ever afters, and she be left without love. Luckily that isn't the case.

Leila pushes her way into joining her brothers on their European tour. When she gets there she happens to run into someone she met the last time she was in London. And oh my goodness do the sparks fly! I've always been a fan of Leila, she's snarky, energetic, and not afraid to speak her mind. Or put her brothers in their place for that matter. And when she's told not to do something, you better believe she's going to do it. Or at least try to.

Jase may be Leila's equal. He is consumed by her presence, and can definitely dish out when Leila makes her opinions known. He's sweet, cocky, and delicious. I mean what better way to have a British singer. I love how he interacts with Leila.

This book is a lot of fun and a great summer read. There are adventures, secrets, and lots of smexy scenes. I mean amazing. I'm sad that it's over for these characters, but I loved seeing the whole gang together to sweep Europe by storm. And Mila, she may be the richest toddler EVER!

I have been waiting for Leila's story since we first met her brothers. So happy with how this story played out. Leila is feisty and opinionated. As the baby of the family, her 4 older brothers feel like they need to dictate to her what she can and cannot do. She fights them tooth and nail to be her own person and not "with the band." She also needs a strong male lead to help reign her in.

Leila and Jase have a super memorable one night stand and go their separate ways. Who knew that Jase would become the opening act for Dirty B? Who knew that Leila would be looking for a break and would go on tour with them? Who knew that Leila and Jase would fail miserably at ignoring the passion they still felt for one another? All of these things lead to several secret little rendezvous. Paris and London through the eyes of lovers, was spectacular!

Great addition to the series. Perfect way to round out the Burke family stories. You can read this story as a stand alone, but all of the Burke Brothers and their significant others are in this book. To me, it's more fun to know all the back story. So go ahead and enjoy their books, too!

I received a complimentary copy of this book through Crazy Cajun Book Addicts for an honest review.

I absolutely loved the Burke brothers books and when I saw that Leila was getting her own story I couldn't wait to read it and I have to say it was everything I thought it would be and more. Emma Hart has an amazing way with words and her swoon worthy characters just pull you in to their stories. This was one of those where on one hand I couldn't wait to get to the end to see what would happen but then on the other hand I didn't want it to finish.

Leila decides to spend a few weeks with her brothers and their families as they embark on a tour of Europe when they arrive in Paris and meet Dirty Bs supporting act Jase Masters sparks start to fly, they spent an amazing night together 18 months ago but neither one expected to set eyes on each other again.
He's an up and coming singing sensation thrust into the spotlight she's happy staying in the back ground being free to live her life can they make it work.

This book can be read as a standalone but believe me when I say you don't want to miss out on the Burke brothers Conner, Tate, Aiden and Kye in their books.

I am ashamed to say that while the Burke Brothers series is on my TBR, I have yet to read it. When I read the blurb for Dirty Little Rendezvous it says you don't need to have read them to enjoy.
While that is true, I think that to really fully appreciate it and to fully understand the relationships mentioned you should read this after reading the series.

I loved the meeting between Jase and Leila. I fully appreciated the situation they got themselves into. I enjoyed the secret "rendezvous" and the way they are together. It was a good book. I just feel that not having read the others I was at a slight disadvantage when they referred to their relationships. I also was trying to reference who was with who. That is my frustration and it has nothing to do with the book and everything with not having read the others yet.

It was fun, sexy and cute. I liked seeing Leila get everything she ever wanted.

This book is absolutely, deliciously, phenomenally, HOT! I have not read any of the books in Burke Brothers series but never once did I feel like I was missing something. It definitely can be read as a standalone. However I will now be going back to read those books.
Lelia is my favorite kind of female lead. She is sass, hilarious, and doesn't let people walk all over her. When she goes on tour with her brothers' band in Europe she thinks nothing of meeting their new opening act. Until she realizes she already knows him...intimately.
Jase Masters is so close to realizing all of his dreams he can taste it. Nothing will stand in his way. In walks Lelia, the sister of the band he is opening for, with all of her sass, and a sexy southern accent.
I adored this book! I fell in love with Jase and wanted to be Lelia's new BFF. I cannot wait to see what Emma brings us next.

I loved the way this story is written. It’s eloquent without being stuffy and structured without being uptight. I really enjoyed the style as it flowed through each scene binding them together. The story line was well executed and paced well, although the climax could’ve perhaps been a little more dramatic. Either way, the resolution and conclusion totally made up for it in my mind, I’m head over heels for these two.
