Maybe if you read it as poetry it may have some quality but I found it self involved and obtuse. It started off ok and does have the odd striking idea or phrase but ultimately it was disappointing. Pity.

The most beautifuyl writing I have encountered. Michel Serres makes connections across so many disciplines. It's poetic as well as informative. His use of language is amazing to me.
