I’ve seen plenty of suspects fall off the wagon before. They “cut and run” to get away from GSP tracking devices, and even harm their Custodian in an attempt to flea before their Criminal Trial. Should I ever have listened that day when the defense attorney called, “Samuel Travers” as a Third Party Custodian?

This case had the company on the ropes and me by the grits; forcing me against my better judgment into a mistake that would change me forever.

A petty life of drug-induced crimes led Castruccio into a fresh rampage of violent crimes when he decided to “cut and run.” Alaska State Troopers couldn’t prove the string of events was committed by him, but I knew it; and eventually his bad luck became my problem. Someone was determined for him to walk, and the pressure from my superiors became relentless.

Of course, this came at the worse time, when my personal life was about to cut and run. To think, an honorable man of the law was to blame, and to make matters worse, share professional relations with my boss. A man I would later thank when my luck came face to face with Castruccio.
