I use this book every day. It's the best book I've ever found for essential oil recipes that really work. I can't say enough about how this book has changed my life. If you're into essential oils but are struggling with how to use them and how they can help you, read this book. In fact, buy this book and keep it on your shelf. I use mine daily.

Liked the information about how essential oils are made and why the work. Informative on how to recognize pure essential oils. Did not care for the cold remedy recipes. They recipes consisted of multiple essential oils and many times teas.

I enjoyed the views on how essential oils and other smells affect our minds and bodies. It was well written and informative, but not pushy.
