How do you repair a broken heart?

Sarah Campbell had always been the type of person who laughed the loudest, smiled the brightest, and the constant rock when anyone needed her. She had a good life full of friends and family, until everything came crashing down around her. Dealing with tragedy, Saturday nights became her only escape from the darkness and pain she felt inside. Not wanting anything more than to just give herself to someone—anyone—and let them take away the hurt. Until one Saturday night when Bentley Cole sat next to her at the bar.

Bentley knew a thing or two about broken hearts. One look into Sarah’s dull and desperate eyes, and he knew he would do anything he could to take her pain away. Changing his plans and throwing caution to the wind, Bentley made it his mission to help Sarah learn to live again, even if it meant losing himself in the process.

Fate put them together.
The rest would be up to their broken hearts.

Leddy Harper had to use her imagination often as a child. She grew up the only girl in a house full of boys. At the age of fourteen, she decided to use that imagination and wrote her first book, and never stopped.

She often calls writing her therapy, using it as a way to deal with issues through the eyes of her characters.
The decision to publish her first book was made as a way of showing her children to go after whatever it is they want to. Love what you do and do it well. Most importantly Leddy wanted to teach them what it means to overcome their fears.

I didn't like Sarah's arrogant attitude towards men at the beginning, so I put the book aside ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I didn't like her self-pity, so I put it again aside ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I didn't like Sarah's self-destructive behavior, therefor I put the book aside ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I didn't like her selfishness but I finally reached the end of the book :D

Add the fact that in the meantime I've read 3 more books and I'm pretty sure it's obvious that I didn't like Sarah at all.

But I really liked Bentley and he was my motivation to continue reading :D

Take Your Time is the second book in this series. You do not have to read Falling to Pieces prior to reading this one by I definitely recommend that you do, simply because it is one of my favorite books and so good. Take Your Time is not only a love story but is a beautiful and emotional journey of love, loss, grief and finding one’s self again.

Sarah had a good life, a family that loved her and she was happy. Then on Christmas Day tragedy struck leaving her with a broken heart. Honestly it was more like her heart was completely shattered into pieces. The only way that she knew how to cope was by spending her Saturday nights at the bar picking up a random guy to spend the night with. She got what she needed and she didn’t have to give anything back in return. She no longer believed in love. She no longer wanted the marriage, the husband, the white picket fence. None of that mattered to her any more. She constructed a wall around her heart and just knew she would never love again. But that all changed the night she met Bentley Cole at the bar.

Bentley is in town and has been staying with his cousin. He too has a broken heart and secrets to go with it. But when he meets Sarah there is something about the girl with the sadness in her eyes. He wants to find out why it is there, what happened to her and help her to move past it. He just wanted to make her feel alive again, to make her happy. He never planned on falling for her, but he did. He has a secret, one that can cause Sarah to run away as fast as she can. He knows that he needs to tell her but is so afraid of losing her and what they have. When it finally comes out will the time she spent with Bentley feel like it was all a lie? Will she ever be able to move on from her hurt and live again and at the same time open up her heart to him?

Ah! I cannot even begin to describe this story and how much I loved these characters. Bentley was an amazing guy. At first I think my guard may have been up as well because he almost seemed too good to be true. He felt like the white knight who swooped in at just the right time. But he truly was the great guy that you saw him to be. He knew that Sarah was hurt and he wanted her to open up to him and be able to let it all out. He wanted her to not be afraid to fall. And he would be there to help her. He was kind and sweet and very, very patient with her.

Sarah knew that there was some connection that she had with Bentley but she had trouble understanding it. I think that in a way she thought about it too much and tried so hard to understand why he came into her life and why he wanted to help her. She wanted him in a sexual way, there was no doubt about that and she made that clear. But Bentley was not that guy and that is what I loved about him. He wouldn’t give her what she needed just because she thought she needed it. In the short time they spent together he seemed to know her and be able to read her better than anyone. That is what I loved about their connection. It felt real and not rushed at all. Sarah needed to take her time with it all and Bentley helped her to do that.

As I mentioned Bentley had a secret and as the reader you know that he is hiding something but you have no idea what it is. I tried so hard to figure it out but boy was I so wrong. And when you do find out I think in a way it took my breath away. I felt the same thing in that moment that Sarah felt. Shock was one of them. But you almost didn’t know how to feel. I cannot go into reasons why or really explain it without spoiling it but truthfully words cannot describe the feelings in that moment when he tells her the truth.

At times my heart hurt for both of these characters. Especially in the momemt when the secret came out. I saw how much this man loved Sarah and how much she could truly hurt him by running away. But at the same time he could hurt her just as badly. Sarah has been dealing with so much in the last five months that you just want to hug her and tell her it will all be ok.

This is more than a love story between two broken people. It is a very beautiful and emotional story about finding yourself again. Sarah dealt with the tragedy in her in a life in a way that never allowed her to truly feel. And in the process shutting people out. But she needed to first heal herself before she could give her heart away. And those moments in this book were just so beautiful and so touching to watch.

I have become a big fan of Leddy Harper. Her writing is just so beautiful and amazing. As a reader I tend to like more dialogue between the characters, rather than the inner thoughts of the characters. In this book we do see Sarah’s inner thoughts from her point of view often. But that is what I love about Ms. Harper’s writing. It all flows perfectly. I want to know every thought that her characters have and the way she writes their words just captures you from beginning to end. She just knows how to completely suck you into the world of her characters and make you feel like you are going on this journey with them. I look forward to anything that she writes and cannot wait for Luke's book.

4.0 FATE and CIRCUMSTANCE STARS!!!

What will you do when Christmas no longer became your favorite day of the year? Worst is.. How do you repair a broken heart?

Take Your Time really made me feel so much emotions. When I started reading this, I do not know what awaits and boy did I ever know I should have prepared myself. The blurb almost sums it all. Sarah Campbell a woman who once had a full life surrounded with family and friends turned out to be the opposite of what she used to be after that tragedy that changed her life...but not for the better. Dealing with the "tragedy" she met Bentley. A man who knows about broken hearts that tried to help Sarah to live again even if it meant losing himself in the process.

Sarah and Bentley - Two broken hearts brought together by fate.

"You believe in fate?"
"What abut circumstance?Do you believe in that?"

"What's the difference?"
....He reached up and moved a strand of hair off my face, pushing it behind my ear and letting his fingers linger a few seconds, his touch scorching my skin."Let us just say fate put us together. It's happily ever after together. Circumstance is what either gets us there or holds us back"

Oh!Damn! This book is so heart wrenching but I so love it! Right from the start I was hooked and could not put the book down. I admit, after reading the Prologue that made my heart broken, I was kinda hesitant to read further thinking I'll be just reading something familiar and thought "Oh I know where this would lead". That moment too I was kinda bored and feel like I was struggling maybe because of the pacing and I could not really feel the connection between the leads but then along the way as it progresses I was surprised with the turn of the events. I haven't expected it and then finally realized that the "the part where I got bored and and felt like no connection" is just a turning point of something that made my heart leaped but not with excitement but with an emotion I could not explain.
Really, this two, with broken hearts just got me. I feel their pain...their longing...their hopes and fears...and reading their story is just so hard because I feel every emotion. I was actually so anxious as I go on with my reading looking forward to what may happen or not may happen next. And that twist!!! ahhh.. what the hell??? I didn't see it coming. I was just so damn glad that finally those two broken...wounded souls...was healed and on their steps of forever!

"Living without you is like living without the sun. Without the moon. You're the light in my days, the calm in my nights.. you're the stars in my sky Sarah. I can't live without you."

Finally! Sarah flew with the wings of the Robin. Bentley is right after all...
TAKE YOUR TIME...LET GO AND FALL..that she did!

To Ms. Leddy Harper, great job! Looking forward to Luke's story!

Take Your Time by Leddy Harper

Review 5 Stars

Take Your Times takes place after Falling to Pieces, these two books can be read as a standalone, but why would you do that? I fell in love with Leddy Harper’s writing reading Falling to Pieces. If you like reading good angst, with a plot, and a love story, then you need to read a Leddy Harper book.

For those of you who have read Falling to Pieces, you met Sarah Campbell. She is the oldest, the happiest go luckiest of the Campbell girls, until tragedy hits her and the family on Christmas day, her favorite holiday of the year. Moving five months after losing her mother, Sarah has pushed her family and friends away, except Saturday nights. Saturdays, she becomes someone else, she seeks a warm body for the night and returns to her home to wallow in self pity. That is until she meets a new stranger, Bentley. Something about Bentley that makes Sarah open up about her pain and loss. Yet, he’s not one to give into her ways of coping which is always sex. Bentley makes her think about the things that she’s pushed aside for five months.

“You believe in fate?” … “What about circumstance? Do you believe in that?” … “Let’s just say fate put us together. It’s destiny that we end up in love, living our happily ever after together. Circumstance is what either gets us there or holds us back.” Remember those words when you read this book. Was it fate or circumstance that brought Bentley into Sarah’s life? Once you get how or why Bentley is in Sarah’s life, you will have to WTF moment. I wasn’t sure where Leddy was taking me with her words, all I know is that my heart was racing and I did not want to put my IPad down. My anxiety level was through the roof. I got everything that I wanted from a book, plot, storyline, angst and a love story. You will fall in love with Bentley and his words. My heart really did break for Sarah, but she was a lot stronger than she thought she was.

Leddy Harper did not disappoint with Take Your Time. I look forward to adding more of her books to my ever growing TBR, I just have to remember to take anti-anxiety meds, just kidding. I am looking forward to Luke’s book in the Summer.

Leddy has done it again! Another beautiful masterpiece that will pull at your heart strings!

Sarah thought her life was over when she lost the person closest to her. She would push everyone else away and hide away in her own world. Except on Saturdays. On Saturdays she would go to a bar and hook up with a random guy for one night. That was her life. Until one Saturday when she looks over her shoulder to see the most gorgeous man she has ever seen. Bentley has his own reasons for being at that bar, but when he sees Sarah, and the sadness in her eyes, he decides he has to help her. He slowly gets her to open up about her life and the tragedy that happened to her family. When a secret comes out about Bentley, will Sarah understand the fate and circumstance that led things to happen, or will she run away and try to deal with it on her own? Can she forgive Bentley, and realize her fate, before it's too late? As Sarah deals with the grief from the tragedy, is it really Bentley who saves her, or do they save each other?

This is definitely one of my favorites by Leddy Harper, and you can be sure I will be recommending it!

Sarah Campbell is surrounded by those she love and that’s all she’s ever needed, but when tragedy strikes and Sarah loses one of the most important people in her life, she turns into someone no one recognizes. Everyone grieves in different ways and Sarah chooses strangers to help her take away the pain she feels daily through sex. Bentley is the perfect gentlemen and Sarah wants to use him to take away her pain but Bentley refuses to be used. Bentley wants to help her heal but his way and Sarah’s way couldn’t be more different. There is a little mystery behind Bentley because he knows more about Sarah than he lets on and when Sarah finds out exactly what; her heart won’t be the only one in jeopardy. Take Your Time was an absolutely sweet and amazing read, and even though it deals with grief it is not a sad or ugly cry read. There are more than a few moments in this book that will bring a smile to your face and make you laugh out loud. This book is definitely worth reading and I highly recommend it to anyone 18+ looking for a sweet and romantic read with a happy ending.

I received a complimenty copy of this book through Crazy Cajun Book Addicts for an honest review.

This is my first read by Leddy Harper and I really enjoyed it, it will tug at you heart strings and you'll find yourself desperate to turn the page to see what's going to happen next.

Christmas is Sarah Campbell's favorite time of the year that is until tragedy strikes her family. She's finding it hard to cope and Saturday nights are her escape wanting to just lose herself to someone - anyone just to be able to forget even if it's just for a few hours, that is until Bentley Cole takes a seat beside her at the bar.

Bentley Cole knows more than most about broken hearts and takes one look at Sarah and can see the desperation and sorrow she carries and he's determined to help heal her.
Fate and Circumstance bring them together but could it also tear them apart.

This is book 2 in the Fate and Circumstance series but it can be read as a standalone.

Take your time is about a woman name Sarah who has been given the reins to take charge of her family traditions except Sarah was not ready for this responsibility. Sarah no longer desires the happily ever after. Sarah is drowning from depression at the loss of her mother. A mother that held her family together.
Bentley is a gentleman that sees a broken woman but not expecting to see her shattered. Bentley was the first man Sarah found herself diverging answers to. Her indifference about her choices in life came to halt with Bentley's lectures about safety proved more powerful than she realized. Sarah came to a bar looking for a hook up and left with a new outlook on life.

Leddy has a natural ability at writing about depressed women needing a strong man who loves hard enough to bring light into a woman's dark soul. I am guilty of being a biased reader and a fan of Leddy Harper's work. I'm not sorry to have discovered such an amazing author who illustrates emotions in the form of words because she gifts me with her touching stories. Every time I pick up one of her stories I know the journey is going to be spectacular. I am a sucker for an emotional charged story and Leddy gives me what I desire. Leddy is the Adele of a writer.
The key to receiving a 5⭐️review from me is the ability for the author to create a story that resonates for days. I like the story to have an impact on my life and make me question life. I enjoy the way other people perceive emotions through their writing style. I search for stories that attach itself and get embedded in my mind by bringing out emotions from deep within.

Leddy's tells a compelling story. A convincing story. Both sides showing such compassion for how the other felt. Leddy's gives you all possible scenarios and angles. Like playing " the devils advocate". Leddy roped me in. Leddy's had me believing this story was about Sarah's grief over losing her mother than turned the tables on the storyline. I was hit with a new unexpected shock that took my breath away and brought tears to my eyes.

An incredible, emotional story, of loss and love!

This is such a beautifully woven story about grief, loss, love, and picking yourself up again.

“Let go. Fall. Take your time on the way down. And when you open your eyes, you’ll see you’re not actually falling, but soaring.”

Sarah has gone through unbearable loss. A tragedy that can strike anyone down. The problem is dealing with this type of grief can go either way. For Sarah, she’s taken the closed off, ‘leave me alone’ road. She’s taken to dulling her pain every Saturday night with someone who will make her feel, someone who can take away the intense pain and just let her feel anything else. That is until one night, a stranger walks into her life. Into the bar she sitting at and knocks her for six. He’s different, not like the other men she normally sees around there. That’s the night her life will change again. When she meets Bentley.

“I think you broke me.”
“Impossible,” he whispered into my hair. “You can’t break a diamond.”

As Bentley and Sarah’s friendship grows, there is so much that she doesn’t know about him. Something doesn’t add up. He tries helping her work through her grief. There isn’t a thing he won’t do for her. But none of it makes sense. Why does this stranger care so much?

This is a heart wrenching story about two people who are both broken, but find healing in each other. There are so many obstacles that threaten to tear them apart! Will fate step in for these to broken hearts? Or will their friendship be just that. Nothing more than strangers passing by each other?

I just don’t even know where to start with this review, to say I loved Take your time would be an absolute understatement. This book pulled me in from the prologue and pulled me along for the emotional rollercoaster of Sarah and Bentley’s story.

I felt so invested in this book and so drawn to Sarah’s character. I felt her hurt, her loss, her loneliness and her anxiety. I have never wanted to jump into a book and hug a character more than I did with Sarah.

Bentley, it took me about 2 chapters before I fell head over heels in love with him, the way he cares and fights to put light back in Sarah’s eyes will just pull at your heartstrings.

Leddy Harper never ceases to amaze me with how beautifully she writes, bringing the words and the characters right off the page. Leddy’s stories are so well written and also deal with difficult topics and are full of angst intimacy tenderness and some HOT scenes thrown in too. This book had me in tears in several places and had my heart pounding with anticipation for what was coming next.

The outcome of this book will not leave you disappointed and you will also find yourself completely blindsided in places. (I totally screamed at my Kindle). But the reason why you get so many feels from Leddy’s books is because she makes the story so real to you.

I will re-read and re- read this book as I just loved every twist turn and word I read, it is a real story of healing and realizing that things can be ok if you just let go and fall.

Five stars is just not enough for this Book and It is one of my 2016 top reads already. I can’t say more without spoiling the story but absolute must read.

This is a beautiful and emotional story that will take you on such a rollercoaster of a ride of emotions before its over. There is angst, heartbreak, tragedy, passion, love, and joy. People will fall apart and fall together before they fall back together in the end.
Sarah Campbell had it all- a mom, a dad, a happy life and she knew what she wanted out of life before everything was ripped away from her in one heartbreaking afternoon. Now she is falling apart and that tragedy is what now has shaped her life and her nights. She drinks, she parties way too much and she is not the same person she was months before. She meets this handsome man named Bentley- he seems to see into her soul and know something about tragedy & heartbreak. He sees something in her even though she no longer does. He wants to help Sarah when she doesn’t want that help.
They are pursuing their slowly developing relationship, and that passion is slowly turning to something else. But a secret about Bentley, from his past could shatter everything , especially Sarah and could turn their relationship to dust. When it does come out- will Sarah fight or flight?
I loved that Bentley was dependable given what was in his past and he saw to the fragile side of Sarah-knew she wasn’t what she projected. So she went off the rails but given all that had happened, I could totally see something like that happening to me-not to the degree but everyone processes things in their own way. This is a wonderful story that ends beautifully- Bentley and Sarah will have you needing tissues for this is a lovely story with a heart and soul to it.

"Let go. Fall. Take your time on the way down. And when you open your eyes, you'll see you're not actually falling, but soaring. Flying. Weightless and Living." -Bentley

Book 2 in the Fate and Circumstances series was a beautiful read! I was excited to see more of Bree and Axel in this book as well. Sarah (Bree's stepsister) made me a little nuts at time. She was self destructive and not able to cope with so much! Your heart will break for her however, and the tragedy she has faced. Some people just deal differently with things that happen in life. Bentley was the shining light in this story and I loved his character SO much! He was overcoming his own trials and tribulations all the while trying to help Sarah on her destructive path. The ending was my most favorite part! Just the way it all came together, I loved it so much! I wanted Sarah to get her head out of her butt and see the life that was right in front of her! I am looking forward to Book 3, Luke's story and the author gives you a glimpse into the next book with the prologue! If you are looking for hearts and flowers and all the crazy angst in between, this book is for you!

Leddy Harper knocks this one out of the ball park with raw emotion that will leave you feeling every single word and feel like you are going through the story standing right along side Sarah, feeling every part of depression, sadness, smile and the love from Bentley.

Take you Time has touched on true feelings, it's an everyday Battle of dealing with loss, of overcoming that loss and trying to move on and I believe Leddy has written a beautiful story of Sarah.

Bentleys part in the whole book is so well played out, his tenderness, understanding and overall love for Sarah is true love story.

Leddy never fails to amaze me with her talent.
She pulls you in, grips at every heart string and leaves you wanting more of her work.

I received an arc for an honest review.

4.5 stars because my only faults to mention are things that personally don't do it for me, and that's that it took a little while to get into anything good because they established a romance first and the drama all came in the second half basically, and that it ended on a slightly fluffy note. I said last time I'm unsure if I'd read this one, and after reading the prologue for the third book, I'm in the same way but if I get an arc opportunity I may just do that.

Leddy Harper knows how to write an emtional gripping story. This is all about learning to let go of grief and living again.
Sarah is a mess since her mom passed. She uses her Saturdays to pick up random strangers. Until she meets Bently.
Bently seems like a great guy but you find out he is hiding a huge secret.
Reading how everything comes out and how Sarah learning find her self again was so heartwarming.

I took me a while to read this book...
I didn't want it to end..
Sarah and Bentley's story is so much more than these pages.
It was about learning to let go and finding acceptance of what life has given us.
She was lost and he was her way home.
It was all about our hearts learning to lead us to our true fate.

I love Ms. Harper's books and this is another 5 star read!!

How do you repair a broken heart?

This is definitely one for the heart, intense story. Sarah keeps to herself most of the time except Saturday nights when she is cruising the bars for a guy to have sex with for that night. Bentley sits down next to Sarah one Saturday and he pushes for more than a one night stand. Some tears and pain in this one. Sarah has to learn to accept her life and the things that have happened and let people back into her life. Tough beautiful story

Take Your Time is a superb read. Sarah's life centered around her family, when something unexpected happens it spirals her world apart. I've read lots of Leddy Harper Books but somehow missed this one until now. TAKE YOUR TIME is a book that has all the feelings & emotions. I think it has to be one of her best stories, if not her very best. I had trouble putting it down because of all the secrets, plus twist & turns, you'll want to learn about. I lost my own mother too early & could identify with Sarah's pain & grief. Sarah is 25 & I was 23! No matter what age, it is always hard to lose a parent.

Sarah Campbell was content with her life, until on Christmas Day she lost her mother. Her dad had died when she was only 3. She had family left: a caring step-dad, sister & step-sister. She wanted to be left alone to wallow in her sad and sorrowful life. Her only desperate escape was on Saturday nights, where she would frequent bars to pick-up men. On one Saturday night she's sure the man on the bar stool next to her would be her company for the night. But she looked to the bar stool on her other side, and there sat the most good-looking man she had ever seen. The new man seemed to want to interrupt the flirting between her and the first man. He must have succeeded because the man had moved on to find an easier woman to flirt with. Sarah also knew from her bar experience that this new man was not the one-night stand type. For a couple of seconds her imagination carried her away to picture the two of them in a few years from now with a family & home. He was not her usual type, but he sure made an impression & her life was never going to be the same. His name was Bentley Cole. “Take your time” was the advice he'd given her & she felt he held all the answers. This is some of the best writing by Leddy Harper and Highly Recommend!

This was a real tearjerker. Just when i thought it was all about Sarah, Bentley chimes in with his own tragedy. I was, but I wasn’t expecting his story. I feel like i missed something big with Luke so I’m going to read the 1st book. I really liked the HEA but this was a bit to much grief for me to handle. I can relate to most of it I guess that’s why it’s hard to read. Tears will fall be prepared.

I was not a fan of this story at all. I felt like Bentley (horrible name) was more like a counselor to Sarah than anything else. He was very much trying to “fix” Sarah from the beginning. I think the name made me not like him too, as weird as that sounds. It’s sounded so stuffy and so not sexy. It started off really interesting in the beginning but didn’t hold my interest for long. About 25% in I started skimming until I just read the big reveal and then stopped. This author can be a bit of a hit or miss for me and this was definitely a miss.

Take Your Time by Leddy Harper

Designation: Standalone, although it is part of the Fate and Circumstance Series

Like other Leddy Harper books, this was an amazing ride! The prologue gives you a good introduction to Sarah and her family and how Christmas is such an important holiday for her until the year that her mom passes on Christmas.

Five months later, Sarah is on a destructive path where she goes to bars on Saturday nights to pick on a guy for a one night stand to try to block out the constant pain she feels from losing her mom. She crosses paths with a pretty arrogant guy, Bentley Cole, who immediately criticizes her every move, but at the same time he makes her feel for the first time in months. She thought she didn’t want a relationship with anyone, but then she felt an unexplained connection to him and didn’t want to leave.

Bentley is very mysterious about why he wants to help her and his conversations with his cousin Luke allude to the fact that he shouldn’t have sought Sarah out, but Bentley knows that he has to stay around to help her.

This is one of those stories that has quite a few twists that you don’t see coming and just when you think they have beat the odds, the rug is pulled out from under you. I obviously can’t tell you to much or it will spoil the surprise, but I can tell you a few of my favorite quotes are:

“None of this was planned. I was supposed to go back home, but since meeting you, I can’t seem to actually do it. I need to know that you’re okay.” – Bentley Cole

“It suddenly hit me – I didn’t get a man every Saturday night because I looked good, or because I knew how to play the game. These men….these strangers I allowed inside me, they took one look at me and saw me for exactly who I was: a hole that was willing.” – Sarah

“I broke you. I hurt you. I didn’t save you.” – Bentley Cole

Overall I loved the suspense and could not figure out why Bentley was interested in Sarah. It was a very well written story! I can’t wait to read More Than Anything which is coming in the Summer of 2016….there is a teaser prologue at the end.

Take Your Time is the second book in the Fate and Circumstance series but can be read as a standalone. The prologue broke my heart; I can’t even imagine how Sarah felt that fateful Christmas Day. After suffering a terrible loss that day Sarah has vowed to never hurt anyone the way she was and the only way she knows how to do that is to keep everyone at a distance. She has turned to hooking up with different men every Saturday night to try to numb the pain. Her plan seemed to be working well for her until the night that Bentley sat next to her at the bar. He knew a thing or two about broken hearts and when he saw the pain in Sarah’s eyes he knew he would do anything to take it away.

This is a love story about two broken hearted souls and the fate that put them on course to meet. I felt so sad for Sarah losing her mom on Christmas day, her favorite holiday. They were a close knit family and the loss made Sarah push everyone away. I loved Sarah and wanted nothing more than to comfort her and help her through her grief. Bentley was gorgeous, sweet, caring and an all around good guy. But when his secret is revealed will Sarah be able to forgive him? Will their hearts be broken again or will they save each other?

Take Your Time is a beautifully written love story. It was an emotional journey full of love, loss, angst, heartbreak, tragedy and joy. This story pulled me in from the prologue, which left me in tears. It was an amazingly well written novel that kept me on the edge of my seat with all the twists and emotional turns. It had twists that I never saw coming and that had me feeling all of the emotions that the characters experienced. Ms Harper has created characters that I could connect with and that I genuinely cared about. I cannot wait to read the next book in this series.
