If there were a Nobel Prize for bringing essential knowledge to humanity, Dolores Cannon should absolutely be the first to be awarded it.
In my opinion, this volume is better and even more mind-expanding than the preceding two volumes, since Dolores' hypnotized subjects present us with such new concepts - forms of life we would hardly have been able to imagine, new types of walk-ins, powerful beings come to end all life on Earth but only if this should become absolutely necessary (no need for alarm), knowledge of the very highest calibre provided by the subconscious (presumably it's the same subconscious speaking through everyone), including the latest information about the new Earth, and much, much more.
This is another weighty tome (amounting to 693 pages) and space does not permit me to refer to but a few of these fascinating forms of life/revelations.
One preliminary item of information I would like to convey is something Dolores cites from a book by O. T. Bonnett she has published: when we wish to be healed we should talk to the cells in our body to get their cooperation and when speaking to them we should always refer to ourselves as "we" - in this way we seem to them to be the voice of God, and we better get their attention.
Also, the subconscious which Dolores so often communicates with during her regressions, and that always possesses the totality of the available knowledge, always refers to itself in the plural form.
As regards healing, we learn that we can ask the body (and perhaps the subconscious?) to dissolve any blocks that might exist, or visualize the block or blocks being dissolved. The theory of germs causing disease is just a theory. Germs exist but they're not the cause of illness. (This is also confirmed by Nostradamus, as reported in one of Dolores' books on that man of genius.) The explanation of disease through possession by devils and so on is closer to the truth. Otherwise, people create disease for their own purposes. As regards the causal function of negative emotions, it is stated that the repression or the negation of such emotion is more detrimental than the experiencing and sharing of appropriate emotional reactions. It's the blocking of emotion that causes disease.
Consciousness is the substance of everything, and the hardest thing to bear is lack of respect or acknowledgement. Even our coffee has consciousness. We should acknowledge the consciousness of everything and thank it "for being, and being available".
We're told that Earth is a planet of drama. There are other places that are more "light comedy". No two worlds are the same - they contain different energies and different atmospheres. There are even worlds where there's no free will.
Apparently (as also stated in the works of Shakuntala Modi) creation is all about our being sent out into the various universes in order to accumulate information and send it back to God.
Dolores has found that in the course of our various incarnations "we must experience life as absolutely everything" before we can return to the Source, and in this volume she contacts lives that her clients have had as worms, as an eagle (where all its energy was found in its eyes), as a flower, a whale, giraffe, etc etc.
She interviews a subject who in a previous life used black hole energy compressed together very strongly to heal different problems in various places, such as the Earth. Some places need a certain part of the energy, others need another part. Different black holes have different amounts of pressure.
Many are coming to Earth for the first time in a human body in order to help in this difficult time of transition. They are trying to raise the energy levels, to bring a higher vibration into the Earth and then expand it. They are protected so they don't accumulate karma and get trapped here.
We are given a description of the Source. It is a huge energy of incredible power and is to be found in the Great Central Sun. It is a bright light that does not burn like the Sun we know and is a place of great compassion and comfort. There's nothing but the white light, and it is the most beautiful place one can imagine. "There's no attachment to anything. We just are." The energy is strong and loving. It's cleansing and purifying. "It's washing away everything that's harmful or negative to us." This Presence is actually with you all the time.
The Second Coming is the healing of the negative thoughts of the planet. People are helped to change their thoughts and empowered so they can empower others. Blessings are of great value, blessings of your house, yourself, your body. All harmful and negative things should be released to Source. Focus on love, peace, forgiveness.
One person related an experience where she was an orb. Orbs gathered information and transferred it back to where they came from. She was "part of the Whole". The orb is "just another of the forms that the soul has taken." The orbs also sprinkled energy on the Earth that was available to be used.
We learn that we are all God. "He wants us to be equals to him. He wants us to ask him questions, to be challenged. Not to be thinking `Oh, I have to bow down to this.'" The Void is "that nothingness out of which everything comes." The "real reality" is "the pure emptiness, the nothingness from which all consciousness stems." This nothingness is the Source, the darkness from which the light comes. The darkness is simply "that which contains light".
Re the Shift, when this happens "it will shift this entire universe into a better place". Each great disaster brings the Earth closer to the Shift. "There will be two Earths. One will overlay the other." The Shift into the new vibration will be like "beautiful waves of energy". The ones on the old Earth won't know this is happening, and won't even be aware of the ones who've left to go to the New Earth.
Dolores surmises that the reason why the people on each Earth will be unaware of each other is that it will be similar to the concept of the creation of parallel universes and dimensions. "Each time we make a decision, another universe or dimension is instantly created so the other choice also becomes a reality and another `you' splits off to play that part." "If we are not aware of these other parts of ourselves acting out the other decisions ... then the people on the two Earths would be unaware of each other."
The new energy is present and becoming stronger. It is physically affecting our bodies. Our own frequency and vibration is being changed. Dolores states that never before in the history of the universe has an entire planet changed its frequency and vibration to shift into another dimension. That is why beings from many different galaxies and dimensions are watching Earth in great excitement during this period in order to see what happens. This is also because what happens is affecting all the other galaxies and universes.
There is an enormous amount of mind-boggling information in this volume, much more than I have space to even hint about it. Please read this book, which I believe is Dolores' crowning achievement so far, her masterpiece. Make sure to read the final chapter, which is a suitable epitome.
Dolores will receive immense acclaim from the powers that be for her marvellous work in educating us at the highest level, and lifting our consciousness and vibration at this most momentous point of time in the history of the Earth. I believe Dolores's work is a key factor in the ongoing/coming Ascension of Humanity and our Earth.

This book is filled with rich information on the unseen world and how it fits in with our seen world. It is extremely thought provoking and mind expanding. It's uplifting at times and intensely motivating. Her writing is great because there is no filler- she gets to the point but expands just enough to get the full picture (if you can even say that when it comes to these things!) It raises questions regarding mysteries of our earth, reincarnation, other life forms, past lives, the Source, and our connection with everything. I highly suggest to everyone, even if you aren't quite 'sold' on these ideas, it will at least plant some seeds of curiosity which will no doubt sprout into much new knowledge.

Well written and quite descriptive as are other books I've read by Dolores Cannon, but I'm going to say it was amazing due to the content. I know it's quite advanced metaphysical material and although to some people it's pretty "way out there". I surely feel like I'm walking around with a brain expanded 3 sizes with all the information plus the "Secret of the Universe!"
It seems there is a plan out there in the universe, (and bigger in scope than anyone can imagine), to not only save humankind from our own dense selves from blowing ourselves into smithereens with nuclear bombs and atomic power; but also from destroying the ecology of our beautiful planet. Needless to say, this would affect the rest of the universe as well, and for this reason, there has been an enormous influx of sightings of UFO's since the atomic bombs were dropped at the end of World War II.
It is explained how thousands and thousands of advanced souls are reincarnating, joining, and integrating into our societies on Earth at this time, as volunteers from different dimensions, planets, and universes; and are here to assist Earth at this time of historic and monumental change that is soon to occur on a planetary level. How these compassionate beings have been, and will continue, to assist to raise human consciousness levels. To teach us how to heal and raise our spiritual awareness with love and by removing ourselves from the karmic wheel; and to heal the energies and frequencies and vibrations of the planet into a whole New World of Peace; something that has never, ever, been seen before.

I really liked this book. It delves into what a lightworker is and what a lightworker needs to do. However I can tell that she didn't understand what God is. she keeps saying that we are sparks from God and God sent us out to gather knowledge for God. but this is not accurate. the last chapter is about a woman who tells her what God really is (spoiler ahead)· God is perfect and all knowing. God does not need us for knowledge and he simply allows us, as sparks of God to dream and experience. now here's the kicker, there is something beyond God. then at the end of the book she repeats that God is using our knowledge. Well no God isn't because God is all knowing! Good books to read if you want to understand this is the Disappearance of the Universe and the Course in Miracles.

Great material but less on my favourite topics in this one. These are fairly big books and, after reading the previous two, some of the less revelatory material got a bit repetitive.
Someone else could easily pick this up and have a 5* experience though.

Late author and revolutionary QHHT founder and practitioner Dolores Cannon hit the ball out of the park with the third book in her "Convoluted Universe Series." This is perhaps the best volume in the series I have read yet, and it is quite different as it focuses in-depth on interdimensional and interplanetary past and future lives of her clients that they reveal while under hypnotic regression. This book really hit home for me as I have had several flashbacks of interplanetary and interdimensional lives, and not only just the lives of this present timeline on Earth.
This volume dives deep into such subjects as
-Previous lives as strange, otherworldly forms,
-Educates and enlightens on how everything has a consciousness, even objects we consider to be "non-living."
-How beings from distant worlds can assist us
-The three waves of volunteers to this planet who have come to aid it as it transitions into the fifth dimension.

-Previous lifetimes as cosmic creator beings
-Different physical laws that apply to other universes
-What the New Earth will be like

I loved this volume as much as the two previous volumes. For some, I can see how it will stretch your belief framework. For me personally, I found this volume confirming many things that I have experienced. As with the other volumes I found this one still working its magic in my psyche long after the book had been closed. Highly recommend for anyone who is wanting to expand their horizons and awareness.

Just finished the last page last night and It just blew my mind! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a constantly exciting reading experience. R.I.P Dolores who died this month. She is my favorite!

In my review of The Convoluted Universe - Book Two I said that the longer I listen to Dolores' books, the more I feel an opening taking place inside of me. It's not only that Dolores opened my mind for the possibilites she's presenting in her books; upon finishing book 3 in this series I can properly say that the force behind all of Dolores' writings made me nothing less than AWARE. Even more so than any Yoga or other spiritural teaching (or practice) ever did. Oh, I understood on a mental level what yogic and other philosophies taught me, but this is more than mental processing. This is FEELING, KNOWING something on a much deeper, a cellular level. (Oh my, this is even more significant on the background of Robert Temple's highly influential book A New Science of Heaven: How the new science of plasma physics is shedding light on spiritual experience! More about this later.) This force literally cracked open the earthly and very material shell I got imprisoned in for the last forty years, a lightforce using a pressure hammer to get me outta there quick. Awareness has been rushing back in and quickly overtook the part of me which it probably did preside over for eons.
Reading Convoluted 3 was like connecting dots: "Oh yeah, that's true! Oh wow, how could I forget? That's exactly how it was for me!" These were messages my sould needed to hear to get me going. It was a neverending reverberation of "I KNOW!" And it feels so GOOD - all the love in my heart, all the connection I felt... I've been drunk on love for the past couple of days. It is as hard to put into words as every mystical experience ever...
But something happened on a very physical level as well. The evening after I finished the book I received a message during deep meditation (right outside in our garden in front of our elderberry tree - I am now sure that it is magic!): "We have finished working on your heart. Your heart chakra is now fully open." I had completly forgotten about this by the time I retired in front of the TV later that evening, when my heart suddenly started to ache, beating out of sync and much too fast - a fact that would have made me panic a short time ago. This time I simply knew everything was ok anyway so I went along with it, sending loving kindness and calmness to my physical heart, just resting to make its work easier. Much later I remembered the message I had received and understood what happend: just the last few growing pains, my physical self adapting to my much larger light body.
More and more I'm becoming aware of the actual powers I posses. They are so huge that all of my earthly problems appear laughable in their shadow. This enables me to stay calm in the face of the countless small adversities we find ourselves up to every day. I've spent years and years on being small and invisible, believing all the stupid things they tell highly sensitive people. Now it's time to use my special powers for good - the ones I've always been aware of and the ones I had forgotten about when I came here.
Thank you, Dolores. You keep changing my life! And I know you can perceive the fruits of your work much better from the spiritual plane.
On a side note, science is indeed starting to prove many phenomena and concepts Dolores reported - a message she kept on receiving. Parallel to "Convoluted Universe 3" I'm reading the aformentioned book (A New Science of Heaven: How the new science of plasma physics is shedding light on spiritual experience). It confirms the sun being a huge storage space of information. It proposes that a gigantic cloud of plasma sits between the earth and the moon processing and sending information to us. It proposes the existence of invisible plasma beings interacting with us (a phenomenon also reported in Convoluted 3). It stresses the importance of water, crystalline structures and our human energy system (biophoton scans are capable of picturing our energetic system, the energy meridians in our body - our lifeforce or Prana or Qi! How exciting is this?!). It confirms the existence of an energetic grit surronding the earth, a grid that we all interact with. Heck, it even confirms our light bodies! And sadly it also confirms the tendency of people devoid of true knowledge (to use a yogic concept; I don't think those people are evil, they just don't KNOW how everything is connected) to exploit this research for commercial and military purposes.
There is so much important research being done that most of us are not aware of and this stresses the note Dolores ended Convoluted 3 on. We, who feel called to help the upliftment, the ascension of Earth need to do our work NOW. We are many, I can feel that. We are a network of glowing lights strewn all over the planet, keeping the frequency high, raising it higher and higher, some of us unconsciously, some of us awakening, some of us fully conscious, but all of us with all our might. We are being loved, we ARE love and ALL will be well!
We truly are *glowing* cells in the body of god (as Robert Temple, too, reassures us).

I remain so grateful for Dolores Cannon's contributions to the ascension process, for helping to reveal the spiritual truths available to us all and the direct and indirect paths to getting there.
Cannon once again illuminates the vast realms of interplanetary and inter-dimensional realities in her 3rd book of the Convoluted Universe Series, and their significance for our world now.
Her work as a hypnotist over many years is used to illustrate a path of learning she has undertaken with clients who share glimpses into the nature of spiritual evolution here on Earth and the many potential contexts of 'past lives.' She continues to paint a picture of 'healing' that can span generations of a soul's existence, and priorities addressed for liberating humans into the New Earth and beyond.
She touches on the help we receive from beings of other worlds/ planets/ dimensions and the nature of their mission here on planet earth, clarifying their intent to guide and support but never directly intervene with free will. And she highlights those humans who have incarnated here in 3 waves, the 'volunteers' who are assisting us in the transition to the 5th dimension.
All in all, I rate it as a solid contribution to this sacred series.

So much loving and wondrous information! Wow! Just WOW!!!! It's so spectacular to be able to learn this! To learn what I must and understand what I must is beyond. The way I feel about not being able to understand something within this book is not upsetting at all because I know that it may not be the "moment or Time" for me to be able to understand or know this information. I still go forth and want to continue on this path.

If I had not read all the books leading up to this one I would have been lost and not ranked it as highly. A must read for any Delores Cannon fans.
The puzzle of our lives is slowly unravelling with book three and I have to wonder how this amazing tale of Earth and its inhabitants gels with the undiscovered marvels of our amazing universe.
From what I have read so far I have little doubt book four will piece the puzzle together even more.

Extraordinary! Seemed like forever to get finished ... almost 700 pages.
As the reading continued, I sensed that Dolores and I were both growing in our understanding. And, at the end, my head still spins with the implications of the possibilities ahead.

Reading works by Dolores Cannes has always been difficult for me. The instances she is using hypnosis to explore are complex and have many elements. My queries are always more than its answers. But reading about her work is something I truly appreciate doing.
