If like me you are a starter with Aromatherapy and the oils then kit is a fabulous way to learn.

The booklet is filled with recipes to help ease, heal and uplift.  It is filled with everything you need to know about oils and their uses. From Carrier Oils to Essential Oils, and even how to store your oils, this is a must have for every Aromatherapist.

Remedies for  relaxation, and allergies, oils for the home and even help with anxiety in your pets are just a few things covered.  50 oils and over 50 recipes, their uses and their properties,  are simply explained.

Aromatherapy, does not come with the oils, but it a complete guide, and comes with 8 small vials and a small pouch, with which to carry your important potions, to make them easy to get to.

This is a pack that would make a wonderful gift. It is highly recommended and I cannot wait to start my Aromatherapy journey.

This is a decent guide with a lot of helpful recipes. However, the typos are very distracting. The lack of care with editing makes me question the content a bit.

If you have ever enjoyed the scent of a rose, you’ve experienced the aromatic qualities of essential oils. These naturally occurring, volatile aromatic compounds are found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants. They can be both beautifully and powerfully fragrant. Essential oils give plants their distinctive smells, essential oils protect plants and play a role in plant pollination. In addition to their intrinsic benefits to plants and their beautiful fragrance, essential oils have long been used for food preparation, beauty treatment, and health-care practices.

You will find this kit to meet all the unanswered questions. I highly recommend this book kit.

I was given this book kit from Quarto Knows for an honest review.

Recipes were helpful and practical. Reference guide was helpful for beginners just starting and it described each oil’s common use well.

I appreciated that this book was more about use than it was about history of essential oils or long descriptions of each oil or process, which is really what beginners want to know and quickly. It was well organized and the images were nicely done making the book user friendly for quick reference.

Information is thoughtful and concise. It wasn’t an overwhelming read. Was able to complete it in an hour.

Unfortunately my copy had a handful of grammatical and spelling mistakes that were distracting. Other than that I had no qualms.

Easy read. I enjoyed the basic info and the recipes are a helpful guide for anyone wanting to learn about oils. The book had tons of grammatical issues (such as words repeated, misspelled, wrong word used) throughout though and that was distracting and made me question the authenticity of the information.
