For anyone that might feel overwhelmed at the prospect of tackling all four operas in the Ring Cycle, this charming 1932 children's edition serves as a handy Cliff's Notes version of Wagner's epic. Beautiful illustrations included by legendary illustrator Gustav Tengren. If you want to know where Tolkien got his inspiration for that other ring saga, look no further.
