The plot thickens...
Dax follows his path to East Landly. Where a simple assignment as ambassadors for a East West Landly marriage contract goes awry. His demotion to head of the disrespectful Urgori leaves them as the few fighting survivors.

Not great but good. The author smoothly transitioned the story into the second half of Dax's life - Other then the fast healing I would figure being Dragon Bound is annoying

This was a vast improvement over the simplistic writing of book one. The story moved at a good pace and other than a few minor editing errors, it was an enjoyable read
