Great book

Although I loved this book, it is not my favorite. I loved Tommy in the other books but this one did not show his best side. And there were times when I wanted to just slap him up side the head. I am looking forward to the next book.

I liked it but found it tiresome. I totally love Raeann's writing and have read every one of her books so my reaction to Tommy surprised me. The story was along the same lines as the first three brothers, man meets girl, loses girl, and has to find her to complete his life. This is a good plot but in this book about Tommy and Carly, I found it all just too much. There was too much togetherness with the other brothers and the 3 wives and the 'sugar this' and
'Son' and 'goddam that was good' was just too much for me. Call me emotionally frozen or anything you want but all the wiping of tears just got to be too much. I would not want to live in the back pocket of my relatives, whether blood related or just good friends as these couples were. It was just too much for me. I'm sure the next book about Casey and Dakota will be along these same lines and I say bring back the independent story like 'Red Says I Love You' or 'Taming Clay.'

A great read but a bit different from the others in the series. It doesn't have the same level of suspense and danger as the others in the series. After realizing how much of life is passing him by, Tommy decides to halt all future travel and concerts. Spending his time in Elko with his "family" is the only place he wants to be. When he meets a beautiful writer visiting the area while writing a book, it seems his life couldn't get any better. That is until he finds out that Carly Adamson isn't exactly who she claims to be.

Definitely recommended read.

you did it again

I anticipated Tommy's story for so long and Raeann you did not disappoint at all. I cried with Tommy and Carley. I laughed and even blushed. I was enthralled all the way through and had a hard time putting this book down. I'm so ready for Casey's story.
Roseanne please continue to share the family that love brought together with us. Ready and waiting for the next book.
