This is a great introduction to the JSA series that was written by James Robinson, David S. Goyer, and Geoff Johns who eventually became the series regular writer and fan favorite. What I love about JSA is the strong reference to history and their influence of teams from the JLA to the Avengers that continues to this day.
This is a book for people who love Superhero teams and the reason what makes a team Superhero book.
