helpful overview, a little short

I knew it was short when I got it, so it wasn’t a surprise. Overall the book is a helpful introduction to design thinking. It could use a bit more embellishment. More examples, a few more interviews, perhaps a clearer walk-through of how the process is applied.

I will keep this one as a recommendation as I am training design thinking coaches. Because it is short, it may work as an introduction primer.

Good overview

My wife recently stumbled across the idea of Design Thinking and though the principles were similar to my own teaching methods, so I decided to do some research. This little book helps clarify the key concepts and give a taste for what is possible. I will be reading more on this subject!

The idea of the workshop sounds interesting, but I feel like without case studies or other concrete examples of applying this approach, it all sounds too ethereal to implement. Also, there are a few spelling/grammatical errors, and they bothered me quite a bit. Luckily, I got to read this for free through Kindle Unlimited, so I didn't have to pay money out of my pocket and keep this book.

Okayish

It's a good book.. but the book gets over too soon as it barely scratches the surface about the topic.
A lot more indetailed discussion would have helped.. as the book is on a very specific topic and not like a blurred intro to the subject.

Beautifully brief and to the point. A neat book to have on hand to remind you of the 'why' and 'what' of Design Thinking Workshops. Although this is a promotional tool for her services, this is a rare one thats of use.

Very Practical

This book brings to life implementation of design thinking. Its a bridge between the theory and getting the job done. I failed to open all the links shared, I hope you can fix it. Thanks for pulling all this together 😊😊

Goldmine

Don't just read it, but think it through. If you take the time to digest what has been presented, you will uncover a goldmine.

Useful guide

Pretty useful tips but probably requires some familiarity with the concepts of design thinking to begin with. Easy and quick read.

Helpful for all workshop leaders

This short guide serves two purposes. First, it introduces design thinking conceptually to novices (like me). Second, it has a number of great tips for workshop leaders.

Good amount of information

I expected this more would have more information. IDEO tool kit has more data and examples to use, and open sourced.

Straightforward Read

This was a good opener on the premises of design thinking and running workshops. It has definitely opened my mind to the concept.
