This book sat on my shelf for quite some time (2 years to be exact) while I read a bunch of library books, lived with anxiety, and kept asking myself how am I going to get my stuff together so that I can finally live the life I've imagined all those years ago?
Reading 'Slow Down' happened to be exactly what I needed to read THIS year, during a life transition that I was not in any way prepared for emotionally. Each chapter of the book addresses one area of life and encourages accountability with journal prompts at the end of each one.
I recommend this book for those who're moving at a fast pace, needing a fresh start or some re-direction in prioritizing their goals and dreams.
آهسته سازی . الان که فک میکنم شاید دلیل خیلی از موفقیت هایی که توی زندگی به دست نیوردم همین سرعت زیادم و عجله ای بودنم باشه ... باید خیلی تمرین کنم تا سرعتم توی زندگی کم بشه . شاید باید از چیزهای کوچیک و جزیی مثل نوشتن و تایپ کردن ،راه رفتن و حرف زدن شروع کنم قطعاااا آهسته سازی خیلییی خیلیییی میتونه تو زندگی موثر باشه
