Best mindfulness book so far, if you are doing a course. I have found it useful to do via BorrowBox ebook combined with paperback ( both via library). Good programme that doesn’t seem to take up as much time as other programmes and yet still delivers a slightly different way of looking at subject.
Upon looking at this I did read a different version. Not the 21 page one though. Can’t be bothered to change it now though.
