That was an ok collection of stories. Most of them jump off the premise, “No worries buddy, it’s ok to be gay here among the barbarians.” Nothing wrong with that but none of them were as good as Richard Lunch’s The Salt of His Seed: Captured by the Gay Viking Warlord.
Meh. Some good reads, but the war and warrior premise was too heavy-handed for my liking. My least favorite tome of this series so far (I've not been reading in order...).
