There's a lot of solid advice for digital photographers in this compact volume that's chock full of tips and assignments. And I really like that the author includes complete sections on both studio and in-the-field shooting. If you're an intermediate or even advanced photographer who wants to bring your image-taking up to a pro a level, Focus & Filter is an incredibly practical book for you. All my thumbs are up. (Note: I was provided a copy of this book for review, but that doesn't affect my honest opinion of it).
