Tank is out to kill everyone, and he will not stop until everyone is dead. Let’s see who’ll make it out of this alive.
In this finale all secrets will be revealed, and all questions will be answered.
You did it again! There was so much drama going on that, I was on edge the entire time. I couldn't put the book down for nothing! Taylor was so low down and, she got what she deserved. Tank made me want to put hands on him for the way he did those babies. Tyson came thinking she was God's gift to men but, was found to be a hoe. I was glad to find out that Punch parent's were picked up by the Feds and, everyone was now safe. Overall, everyone finally got their happy ending.
Interesting ending to a Good Series!! Book 3 seems to be rushed to get to the conclusion of the series. The crew showed up and showed out but a lot of questions remained or were gave unsatisfying conclusions... What was the purpose in bringing Tyson into the story, The build up of the Taylor, Tank and Punch showdown was a let down. After the build up Chance and Starr, to have him turn and miss the birth of the children he wanted so badly was just strange. Then they were just one big happy family!! Love that Blake didn't give up on love and moved on with Sin. What to Punch and his voodoo relatives, besides getting picked up by the FEDS.
i’m happy with the way this series ended. everyone lost someone but they all gained someone when they became a family. with everything that happened the people who did the most dirt got their karma. this family went through so much within this series i was glad when everything started falling together for them.
Let me start off by saying that Ms. Johnazia did a great job with this series. Book 1 & Book 2 kept me captivated from beginning to end. Book 3 while I did like the book wasn't as intriguing as its first 2 predecessors. The characters Chance, Sin, Blake Trent and Starr showed up and showed out but there were parts where I felt disconnected with the plot of the story. For example, when Chance's high school sweetheart Tyson came back into the picture she came with the drama of course and wanting to get her man back but the drama and incidents that came about as a result of her entry into the storyline seemed forced and didn't have that natural flow that I have come accustomed to expecting from Ms. Gray. Secondly, the built up suspense of waiting anxiously to see how Tank, Taylor and Punch's crazy mama and daddy were going to finally bring about their twisted plot of revenge literally had me biting my nails flipping my kindle as quickly as possible to see what was next; but once we get to the climax and the drama began to unfold the actual events were quickly over and done with which left me a little regretful that they weren't more formidable opponents. We see that Punch's family was casting voodoo spells and were doing the most but once Taylor meets her untimely demise we don't hear from them again and we are left with an unfinished feeling which isn't abated until the very end of the book with maybe 2 sentences detailing what happened to them. Lastly, the issues with Chance and Starr the way that Chance turned on Starr when he found out that she had committed an impulsive act just didn't sit right with me. His response to her actions wasn't authentic based on how he had handled her in the past. I get that he had his own demons that he was still dealing with but to miss the birth of their children, to show up clearly intoxicated and blown out of his mind for me was a little too far to the left of what we were used to seeing from him previously. I didn't understand why he felt she was in love with a dead man. He saw and witnessed her feelings first hand about what she had gone through. He knew that she was over this man but yet he allowed his male pride to get in the way of being their physically and emotionally during her time of need. Also, the way they reconciled left me a little puzzled. One minute they were living in separate housing he was being this great father but they weren't together and the next they were back together. I never actually saw where a conversation, an apology, or even his actions showed us that he regretted his behavior and that Starr understood(or didn't understand) why he reacted the way that he did. They were just back together. The story actually isn't a bad read but the expectations that I have for Ms. Gray and the caliber of work that she consistently puts out are extremely high. Unfortunately, the last segment of this series didn't quite meet the mark for me. I, however, will still be on the lookout for what Ms. Gray has in store for us next and will continue to recommend her books for the simple fact that she has already proven she has staying power and is worth waiting to see what she pulls out of her creative box next.
This was a very good ending to a very good series. I was really hoping that was a dream with what happened with Sharia. I wasn't feeling what Starr did to her. Sharia did some terrible things but she didn't deserve that. That was stupid as hell of Starr. She knew her ex wasn't s**t and she knew Sharia was a hoe, so why was she mad enough to do that? Besides, she was supposedly "in love" with Chance, right? That was selfish as hell. Sharia was still a mother of three and her children loved her no matter what she had done. I was kind of hoping Starr got caught. As far as Chance, I for one, clearly understood why he reacted like he did. Blake should have been pissed off too. I understand that Starr is his sister, but what she did to his children's mother over some dumb s**t was almost unforgivable. I was glad that he and Sin made it through. Even though I didn't too much care for him, I loved me some Sin. She was down for whatever. I loved that about her. Now this chick, Tyson. I don't even understand her purpose. She was irrelevant. The little bit of drama that she tried to cause wasn't even worth her being a part of the story. Chance didn't even blink an eye at her. Then, did she really think that she would get somewhere with Trent? That fool didn't give a damn about any female. LOL. Tank and Taylor were some sick sick people. Taylor had clearly lost her mind and she felt she had nothing to live for any longer. In the end, she and Tank both did some terrible things and they got exactly what they deserved. In the end, there was an happy ending for most. Great series!!!
We all know that Ms. Gray put her foot in this book like she does the others. I wanted to take my time and read it slowly, but like always Ms. Gray makes it so you don't wanna put it down. and before I knew it I was done. I was hoping and praying that oh dirty dusty Taylor would get the ax and I was not let down when she did. Having sex with Tank without protection (which is what he gets too for basically crying over spilled milk as a grown man) was just down right dirty. all she had to do was come out and say I have the bug instead of you don't want to be with a girl like me, but I LOVED IT. i was on the edge of my seat just waiting for this dusty bird to get the bullet. I was also happy when Tank finally got the ending Punch father said he was gonna get and died. To kick a little baby like that not once but twice. Broke my heart and I won't even lie that I cried. Hands down a good way to finish a series. And Ms.Gray did just that!!!
Yaaasss... I loved it... I'm glad Taylor and Tank died... I wanted to grab him through my tablet and beat him to the ground for what he did tp those babies.... Tyson messy bad though lol... I love me some. Trent, man he straight forward and I like that... I'm happy for Blake and Sin, Starr and. Chance but im not too happy about. Ms. Tina taking back John trifling ass.... Dang starr got 5 kids wow.... Sharia's mom a hoe so no man wants to stick around.... All taylor mom have now is that child molesting son of hers... Im glad that those Haitians got arrested because. I couldnt deal with anyone else dying.... Man i was upset with you for that scene with the twins and Tank..... U put your foot... Knee... Elbow. N everything in this... Wish i could've given you more stars...
johnazia!!!!!...... This was the PERFECT ending to this series! I'm happy Blake & Sin allowed love to flow & I love the relationship he has with his sister & mama...however..Star's ass almost lost me with all that crying in the beginning but her development was phenomenal!! now that damn Taylor (smh) was a special kind of crazy..she was definitely a lost soul.. her and Tank was a match made in hell...lol overall I really enjoyed this series..Johnazia really allowed her talent to shine through with this and I'm really hoping for a spin off with Trent (hint)....
I knew that things were gonna catch up with Taylor her own sister Trina she had kids all because of the diary. Trent was truly a MF. Abria that's a baby your niece at that Punch family was crazy his mother said that Taylor was the devil. Tyson knew what she was doing. Yes Sin were her best friend she could have told her no. She wanted Chance. Starr was wrong but she was angry. Their dad told them that one of the girls wasn't Blake. Mike was a cheater. Tyson became obsessed with Trent and they haven't even slept together. I enjoyed all three books
This book had me literally on the edge of my seat.. So much crazy stuff went down.. But Tank took the cake cake wen he had the baby, my heart nearly stopped.. So glad it turned out 2 be a happy ending.. At the beginning I was so scared for Sin and everybody else.. I jus knew she was gone and Blake & the girls would have start over again.. Johnazia you did an amazing job.. ❤ ❤ Oh & I'm glad Taylor got wat was coming 2 her ol psychotic @$$..
Absolutely loved the 3rd and final installment of this book. You found out alot about why some of the characters acted the way they did from what happened to them in the past. Chance and Starr's relationship went through alot but through it all true love is what brought them back together. It came to an end the way it was supposed to and that was perfect!
What a Great read!! The story picks up without missing a beat, Chance, Blake, Sin, Starr, & Trent are on the run from the Haitian's & Chance Half brother Tank and ex stripper Taylor who is determined to kill the whole family for revenge. I like this story it was very entertaining.
Baby you always bring it and you never disappoint. I'm not going to spoil it for everyone but I loooovvvvveeed the ending. I'm so happy but Tyson was about to catch this fade from me lol. Great job boo !!!!
I love when books start off where the last book ended. This book was just that. I'm so happy things turned out good at the end. I love the whole crew. Tank and Taylor sorry for ya!!!!
I love Blake and Chance. I am glad everyone got there happy ending. After everything that Blake went through ge did not give up on love. After everything that chance went through he still came out on top. Great read. A real page turner.
The third part of this series was my favorite. I loved it because every character in this series got exactly what they deserved in the end. Some of them didn't make it to the end, but that's just how the cookie crumbles sometimes.
