A thorough overview of basic emergency preparedness including 72 hour kits, food and water storage, first aid, and natural disasters. Always good to have a reference book like this on hand.

This book covers it all from short term emergencies to long term food storage and water storage needs. Read it and get prepared. It's amazing how just a little at a time adds up. You don't have to do it all at once just get started now.

Lots of useful stuff. But also very overwhelming. Side note: Larry Barkdull is in my ward.
