With fabulous, full-color photos and engaging, easy-to-read text, Mega Trucks will encourage even the most reluctant reader to pick this book up and spend hours poring over the pages. This bright and busy book welcomes readers to the exciting world of big rigs! Children learn all about massive diggers, loggers, loaders, dumpers, bulldozers, cranes, and more. It also includes 30 great stickers, interactive questions, things to seek and find, and more. Created with education experts, this book helps children build communication and comprehension skills while increasing their confidence in the classroom. It's so much fun, kids won't even realize they're working on skills that will help them in school!

I have zero interest in trucks, but I've read a lot of picture books about them as they're my son's preferred reading choice, so if they get 3 stars from me that's high praise! It means I can manage reading them multiple times despite my lack of interest. This was a beautifully presented book - quite large to hold (bigger than an A4), with bright backgrounds and huge close up photographs of the different types of trucks, and small but interesting text bytes. The back cover shows this book is part of a series, with other books including Mega Tractors, Mega Dinosaurs, Mega Sharks, Mega Animals, and Mega Minibeasts. My son was keen to find these, but unfortunately Mega Trucks is the only one in the series our library has.
