Marshmallows aren't really a food. They are junk! No nutrition or value! Just fluff to put on your s'mores (and part of your cold cereal) But It is funny to say marshmallows...so...why not ask if Monkey's eat them.
Good enough to keep me awake and a smile. Kids will enjoy it!

A very colourful, amusing and interesting children's book about different animals and what they eat. My 7 year old enjoyed reading along with me.

Young readers learn more about animal diets through this question and answer format picture book. Do monkeys eat marshmallows? No! Monkeys eat mangoes. Do sharks eat marshmallows? No! Sharks eat fish. Predictably, the book ends with “Do kids eat marshamallows?” (The answer is “Yes! Kids eat marshmallows.”).

For the very youngest readers, this volume could prompt a discussion of healthy and unhealthy food choices, as well as discussions of animal diets. Some readers (or at least their adults) may be concerned about candy proposed as food for animals or candy as the food choice for children when healthier options are available.
