"It's a great book and gives a fresh perspective. Twenty years of experience is evident in every word on the page. What company wouldn't want that insight! Insights into discovering the data you have and will gain, and ways to interpret it. This book dares you to be innovative with how you use and present that data”.

I was lucky enough to read an advanced copy of this with Elva being a client off ours. The review above is the one from the cover and I have a signed copy of this book on my desk.
If you are thinking of doing 360's and unsure then I would recommend picking up this book and reading the first few chapters then having a conversation with Elva.

The advice from the book followed by the data and the insight you can get into people using 360s is of most value.

I recommend this book, wholeheartedly.
