The power of PLCs

This book gives a nice framework for establishing PLCs, the work of PLCs, and the benefits of PLCs. There are resources throughout to support the work of PLCs. This is a great book for staff, team leaders, and building leaders. I have a much better sense of what needs to be in place in a building/program for PLCs to be successful and to be maintained.
