THE DUCHESS CONTEST; A JET CITY BILLIONAIRE ROMANCE
The continuance of a jet city billionaire, here we have Riggins he is falling for haley but he now also has another dilemma since there is now a women proclaiming to be a family member of the same lineage of haley aunt that was married to the dead duke. Lady Rose is a very refine lady who knows her way around the media , and she has her eye on Riggins she wants to be his duchess, apparently she could be one of the women that he could chose.
Haley is totally falling head over heels for Riggins she had a crush on him in the first book but now he is wooing her kissing her and being super adorable with her. But she is still worried that Riggins will not chose her as his duchess.
So she comes up with this plan that there will be a contest with her and Rose, pretty exciting. Haley also has a secret that she spills to Riggins. But the ending I was like what NOOOO!!!!!

OMG!!!! I love this second book omg… wow I couldn’t stop reading although again the first 15% percent of the book was slow but the rest of the story totally makes up for it. I hated Rose, she seemed like a major B*** ugh always trying to steel the attention away from Haley. Riggins I so love he is so into Haley so kind, so sweet , so very romantic. He shows haley more of his feelings , I love the chemistry they have together Riggins and Haley so super cute and hot !!!
was not expecting that! I love when they stay in the castle with Riggins and his friends Sid ,Haley and Rose eww .
Really really enjoyed this story loved it !!!!!

3.5 stars rounded up because of the wonderlful MC.
Another lovely part in Hailey and Riggins adventures.
Truthfully Riggins has yet to turn my oven on, but Hailey(!) oh Hailey! the girl is great she's kind, principled and has a great relationship with her sister.
The book just flew by but what a cliffhanger ending, gawd!
I want more Hailey and Sid and I do hope I'd warm up better towards Riggins.
The british envasion was fun as well, in a way I liked Rose.

I received my copy in the evening and started reading. I could not put it down. I was so excited to read what happened next. Then in walks Lady Rose, humph, the upstart. She is nothing but an opportunistic gold-digger and conniving to boot. If the choice is between real and fake, give me real any day. The contest was fun and the portrait reveal was perfect timing. The shenanigans that he has Lazor pull was amuse. I am voting for Haley, but who knows. The cliffhanger will get you thinking. Now bring on the next chapter. This is getting better and better. It is also raising the bar from Justin and Kayla's books.

I received an ARC for an honest review. Wow. Damn cliffhanger! I honestly have NO clue which door Riggins knocked on. What's written is TOO obvious. I can't wait until book 3!! Riggins is still trying to get out of getting married. Haley is still falling for him. I think he's afraid of falling for her. Now there's another contender. Lady Rose. How convenient. For Lady Rose, an impoverished British aristocrat whose father may lose his estate. Hmmm. She's actually perfect for Riggins and claims she is distantly related to Haley. It all needs to be checked out, quickly, as time is running out. Who will Riggins choose?

I downloaded my copy and read the whole weekend could not put it down. The story has a lot of humor and keeps your attention, you do not want to stop.
I was so excited to read what happened next. There is fake ladies in the life of Riggens. Will he choose the right one. The contest was fun and the portrait reveal was on the right timing. Then there is good old Lazor, still making us laugh. I pick Haley, Hope he will end up with her, but then Cliffhanger got our attention as well.
Another excellent book by Gina, she never disappoint her followers, I cant wait to start book no 3.

Riggins has his work cut out for him when a British Lady comes into the works being the dead dukes late wife's heir...and what an annoying woman...I wanted to slap her thru - out the book. and poor Haley...being bombarded by the british-duke-stealing snob and the press that came with her. and holy s@$t...what a cliffhanger!!!!!! nooooooooo! !!!

Fantastic book. 2nd instalment of the series. Loving it with all of its twists and turns just when you think you have it nailed Gina moves the goal posts and changes the game. Love it. Can't wait for part 3!

I was hooked from the start and couldn't wait to see what happened in this one. We all know what's in the will left by the "dead duke," and Riggins and Hailey are trying their hardest to figure out a way out of this situation without suffering the consequences. And it's hard enough work to continue the investigations that could win them their freedom without the twist that comes next - the arrival of a rival, Lady Rose.
Adding a second woman vying for the position as duchess was brilliant on the author's part. The entire situation is like a sparring match, and it kept me on my toes. But that cliffhanger was absolutely out of left field. I couldn't wait to get into the next part of the story.

The house party Duchess choosing will consist of Jus & Kayla, Lazer, Sid, Thorne, Riggins, Haley and Rose. Lazer’s duty was to flirt like crazy to see if either Duchess candidates succumb. Kayla’s duty consists of exaggerating her pregnancy symptoms to see if either candidate gets future pregnancy cold feet. The contest is on, who will win?

I don't tend to read series with cliffhangers, but I really like the premise here. Haley is fun and interesting, albeit a bit too focussed on her sacrifice for her sister, Sid.
I also don't like Rose, her competition, she seems too obviously obnoxious and is unconvincing as appropriately aristocratic for Riggins. I'm not sure why he considers her past their first date.

‘The Bachelor’ in a book!
This is like a book version of the Bachelor tv show. I am rooting for the American, the British contender seems like there is more to her than meets the eye. But there seems to be a possible overlooked love story in the works too with Bachelor Lazer. I can’t wait to find out!!!

Fabulous!!!!!
What a great continuation of the story. It has drama and conniving. It has you rooting for the underdog and loving Haley more and more. There were times that I wanted to smack Riggins and other times wanted to love him. The characters are growing beautifully and the support characters add a great element to the story. It is a must read.

What. The. Hell!?! That was a TERRIBLE ending because it was such a cliffhanger. The mother of all cliffhangers! I already went and got the next book and instead of going to BED like I should be, I now HAVE to at least start the next in the series.

Things heat up between Riggins and the two beautiful women who share a bloodline and could be the next Duchess to Riggins; the newest Duke England has to offer. As usual Gina Robinson brings us a serial that keeps you wanting more.
Riggins doesn’t know what to do now that there are two women who could fit the dead Dukes’ demands, but who does he choose? Each lady will offer him a different perspective on the arrangement and his time is counting down for his decision. Not knowing if he can trust Lady Rose and finding himself thinking too much on Haley, Riggins comes up with a plan.
A weekend to this estate of the Helen, the dead Duke’s wife and ancestor of Haley and Lady Rose, Riggins brings along his entourage of friends. Each has his job assigned in order to help Riggins in his choice of bride. Which I thought was a wonderful way for us all to enjoy the characters as we have come to love and read. Justin is working hard to find a way to combat the dead duke’s will and outsmart the conditions set for Riggins. Our lovely Kay who is pregnant and due anytime, must try to convince the ladies that being pregnant may not be for them. And last but most definitely not one to be over looked is our dashing Lazer. Lazer is set to task doing what he does best….get the girl. He tries to get one of the ladies to fall for him instead of Riggins.
Haley is falling hard for Riggins, and tries hard to keep this a business arrangement in order to get the help her sister’s needs. When Lady Rose arrives in Seattle, Haley isn’t sure she can compete against Lady Rose. When offered a chance to visit the castle of her late ancestor Lady Helen, Haley and her sister Sid can’t say no. When arriving at the estate, Haley is shocked to see how much she resembles the Helen even with generations separating them. After an intimate encounter with Riggins Haley is more than ready to take Lady Rose on in the Duchess Contest to fight for Riggins and to fulfill the dead Dukes’ demands, but will she be able to win against Lady Rose’s secrets?
Lady Rose is a mystery. She is a decedent of Lady Helen but she is still an enigma to Riggins. Having information she shouldn’t have sets alarms off for Riggins. What is her game and what does she ultimately want? How far is she willing to go to make sure she is the next Countess? I love her character as the antagonist and competitor to Haley. They are so different that it makes the story exciting.
With his decision made, Riggins knocks on a door only to be shocked by the room’s occupant. What will Riggins do now?
I can’t wait to see what Riggins will do in the next part of the Billionaire Duke. Gina Robinson certainly has her secrets and games keeping the suspense going and our interest on the edge. I loved her unexpected guest to the Castle as well and hope to see more in the next part. I also appreciated how she brought the characters we met through Justin and Kayla’s story. It was nice to see the connections develop.

Haley was handpicked by the former Duke and she's willing to go along to help save her sister's life. Now along comes another lady who meets all the requirements, Lady Rose. You know from the start that Lady Rose has a hidden agenda. It's getting interesting trying to figure it out.
Haley and Riggins interact quite a bit in this book. I believe that Haley is falling for Riggins and that Riggins is falling for her in return but I think his feelings for Haley scares him. I'm really hoping he doesn't make a haste decision because of it.

Duchess Contest is the second book of the series Billionaire Duke. Another descendant to the late Helen Witham emerges and ready to claim her duke. Now that Haley is starting to feel something for the duke, How will she handle the competition?? How will duke handle the pressure of having a duchess contest?
What I loved in this book was the obvious chemistry between Riggins and Haley. I loved their banters whenever they were together. They were just so right for each other you want to kill any one who will oppose namely Lady Rose!
What I hate was Lady Rose! She was so evil! I also hate that cliffhanger at the end because I don't have the 3rd book yet. That was so frustrating! To be excited and then nothing.
I recommend this book to those who love to read romantic and funny stories with an amazing twists. But you have to be patient with that cliffhanger. Gina Robinson, the author, just love her cliffhangers.

Riggin's Choice
This story seems a little slower at the start, as Duchess competitor Lady Rose from England is introduced and the reluctant Duke and Haley's chemistry grows. Then, when the party moves to the Castle of the ladies descendant, everything gets fun! I can't wait to see the next installment! Another little added pleasure I receive from Gina's books. Being from Washington State I really enjoy her local references and learn about my own state! I googled WA state castles and learned a bunch about the actual castle part of the book is set in. Hope to save enough funds to stay there sometime! It's probably 45 minutes from my house! Thanks again Gina!

Gina Robinson again keeps you hooked and waiting for more.
A twist in the tale introduces a long lost relative that can also fill the role of the Duchess. Now the question is: What is Lady Rose's agenda?
Haley and Riggins get to spend some time with each other and the sparks fly. The attraction is there even though Riggins is a bit afraid of his feelings.
Riggins needs to make a decision but what will it be?
Can't wait for the next book!!!
