Nice, the way that a ladies' tea party is nice when it's got all the right ingredients...you've just got to wonder how much the hostess really does it for the joy or the need to be appreciated.

Higgs says all the right things, but there's an underlying tone of laughter in combination with self-abasement that shows me that she thoroughly doubts her own image. If she doesn't have anything to prove, then why is she still carrying her obesity like a banner? (yes, I checked http://www.lizcurtishiggs.com/)

And she's registered the word 'Encourager.' I've got issues with that.
