delusional men obsessed with glory being walked by opportunists inflating costs as much as they possibly can. takes place under the cover of secrecy allowing nepotism and backroom deals to fester.
paints a compelling portrait of mayor jean drapeau as a childish tyrant blessed with vision and theatrical ability.
last usage of the guillotine was 1977 and taillibert lowkey would've deserved it in 1975
(if we ignore the billion dollar price tag + 870M cad new roof set to be completed in 2028 it really is an iconic and beautiful building)
