A very interesting chapter by chapter study of Acts. I really enjoyed discovering some of the background of this book of the Bible. This particular study also illuminated several aspects of the book id never noticed before, such as the evidence of Lukes dislike of including unnecessary information or repeating information in his account. I also had not realized how Lukes profession as a doctor influenced his writing style. Very intriguing!!!

A brief but helpful exposition of the book of Acts. A good resource for those who want to gain a better understanding of how Christ’s church was established by the work of the Holy Spirit in and through the apostles and the those who believed the gospel.

Passage by passage exposition on the book of the acts of the apostles. I read this in the Russian translation and found it very insightful. Defends Pentecostalism throughout and is a good reference text for sermon preparation.

Horton provides a basic, non-controversial commentary that is good for those new to the study of Acts.
