Most things are common sense but other tips could have been explained better..like recipes for homemade cleansers, How to stretch laundry detergent that will work in the newer washing machines, etc..I think I know more about penny piching than this book and I know many practical tips..I use castile soap to clean sinks, tubs, even toliet bowls..anyways this book was not useful to me at all.

...for those struggling to feel "rich" in their lives. This book has brilliant advice for appreciating the abundance you already have in your life, as well as small, simple ways to improve your finances. A really enjoyable, useful book! I love this author.
The book WAS NOT as I expected facts I could use and adapt to my own life it was instead someone's very specific opinions. Yay coffee we love coffee but sugar and alcohol boo hiss evil. It was more like reading the autobiography of a relativity uninteresting work colleague.
Move over Your Highness, there's a new queen in town! Was looking for new tips but have been doing all of this advice and more for decades. Maybe I should write a book?!
Some good ideas, but the writing style really grated on me and it's obviously either not been proofread or they did an appalling job, so I was constantly coming across errors.
Straight and to the point. We already do 99% of this but it's a good reminder. Plus it's nice to know there's at least one other family as frugal as us out there
