Content is okay although very limited and it’s obviously meant to be a short intro to the topics it discusses. Treatment options seem limited, the book contains zero citations and a number of grammatical errors. There exists better books on the topic, but if you are looking for a quick summary then this book will do as you can read it in one hour.

FAIR WARNING: the star rating on this book is wildly inflated. the author has clearly created a couple of dozen fake accounts that he only uses to give 5-star ratings to his own books. all but one or two of the ratings come from these accounts. will report to goodreads, and hopefully they'll take care of it, but as of today, fake star rating.
