Without a doubt the most formidable candy fantasy ever written. It has wizards, barbarians, elves, dwarves, evil verses good and enough romantic entanglements to gag a dragon. It has formal balls, merciless battles and hand to hand combats. It is the corniest collection of twaddle ever composed by man. It is cliché, cheesy, overly romantic and thoroughly enjoyable. You will feel guilty for reading it. You will feel guiltier for enjoying it. You will swoon at the conclusion. Guaranteed one happy ending with many sighs included.
I loved this book. It's not for someone who wants a serious novel with history and facts included. It's a magical fantasy that is light on it's feet and appeals to everyone that wants to enjoy a fun read with a little bit of everything thrown in. Great for young adults and even adults that want to enjoy a lazy afternoon. I loved it and would suggest it to anyone.
The author published this herself, so as far as I know it can only be found on Lulu.com but it's worth it.
I loved this book! The Four Fires is a fun fantasy that takes us on a journey to teach us more about ourselves. Showing us that we can allow our past to hold us back from a glorious future, and that we need to let it go in order to truly move forward.
I fell in love with each of the characters. Moth, the unspoken leader. Fal the strength of the party. Brock, the loveable Barbarian, and all the others. Give this new author a chance, and I think you will find you love it!
I loved this book so much that I could not put it down, I had to have someone physically take it away in order to get me to do anything. I love Fantasy, so this book was very enjoyable for me to read. When I got to the end I wanted it to continue. but unfortunatly all books have to have an ending, and this one had a very good one.
