This book provided many helpful tips as well as delicious recipes. The recipes were well organized, allowing the reader to find recipes featuring their preferred type of meat. I also found the last section, where they included older recipes and newer updated versions, interesting.

All of the Weber Grilling books are excellent

This the 3rd.or 4th grilling book I have read by Jamie Purviance c or Webe. The work is excellent. I get new ideas in every one I read. Thanks

Has been my grilling Bible the last couple of years.. times are always off, but I take good notes in the book! Can't live without it- some of our fav recipes in here

This book is seriously amazing. So far we've tried about 10 recipes and they've all been mouth watering. It's easy to follow and there are great tips on grilling beef, poultry, seafood, veggies and fruits. I recommend this to EVERYONE that loves to grill and loves to try new things!!!
