Great information...
This is my first book I'm reading to try and understand what some of my dreams are trying to tell me. I got some good information but not totally what I was looking for. I'm glad I found this with KU to decide if I want to buy to add yo my collection. Not that it isn't a good book just wasn't 100% what I needed. I was able to learn something about my dreams that I didn't know before. The book is very informative but what I need is a book that breaks down different things in dreams and gives insight as what the symbolism is.

I came across this book on Kindle Unlimited. I added it to my bookshelf since it's free, and because I just finished reading some theories about Freud's interpretation of dreams. I am fairly interested in the subject and started this book.
The book's first few chapters discussed some intriguing concepts about dreams, including why we dream, the conscious and subconscious mind, the interpretation of common dreams. Although the interpretation part contain quite a portion of negative elements which i am not particularly fond of.
The book also includes topics regarding cultural takes on dreams and medication, which i find not very interesting compared to the former part of the book. But overall, this book definitely improved my understanding toward dreams and it is still a worth reading book.
