Can and his heart of Gold
Can and Sami were awesome. The patience he showed for her was out of this world. He knew what they could be and was persistent to earn her trust. Great love story.

Another one bites the dust
Gold is the new member of the Metal Cowboys. When he sees Sami the baker he is drawn to her. Sami is guarded by her past and fobs Gold off but he is not put off.

Cameron (Gold) Duffy is the newest member of the Metal Cowboys. Samantha Sloane is the owner of the Bake Shop. Both of these characters have a generous and loving heart but they both also have had their hearts broken in the past. Gold, to me, is a real prize. He knows he wants Sami, but he also knows he must go slow until she can learn to trust him. He puts her needs in front of his own over and over. He is every bit the gentleman with a loving soul.
This is the 5th book in the Metal Cowboys series and I am loving each and every one of them. Although Ms. Abbott has not written this series in lengthy novels, the stories are short and sweet and she develops each character with tender loving care. I would recommend this series to anyone who enjoys clean fresh romances.
