In a perfect world, pain and suffering wouldn't exist, but that's all Santana has known from a very young age. With the love of her life behind bars, a son born prematurely, and a God mother on her death bed, Santana doesn't know what to do. It seems as if nothing is going right, until Legacy is released from jail.
Now, home with his family, Legacy has one thing and one thing only on his mind... Making Santana his, forever. He proposes and a wedding is in the works but plans seem to be shaken up by a letter Santana finds addressed to her from her mother, and a phone call that threatens to end life as they know it.
Join Santana and Legacy on this roller coaster ride they call life. Will they make it to the end, or will things take a turn for the worst?
This book sisterhood although very confusing at times. I just find it hard to believe that nobody remembered anything in four years..like come on but I love LA from the moment he was introduced..too much was left unsaid like what happened to the stepfather? how did LA hurt his arm? What happened to Jamari? All questions that need answers so I hope it's a part two on the way.
I gave this book 3 stars cause the first couple of chapters had me confused I found myself going back to a couple of pages to see if I missed a plot from the outcome I was reading .....example .....I didn't understand how Tana could not have known that her and Jai were besties since teenagers and her and Legacy had been crushing on each other since the incident with her pysco step dad but after a person read threw that confusion storm the book start to make since concerning the love Legacy and Santanaa have for each other I hope their relationship works out the bond Legacy has with Ko Ko is adorable no one can't tell Legacy that Ko Ko is not his daughter I love their bond if Legacy and Santana relationship don't work out (which I'm routing for them) no matter what in Ko Ko eyes Legacy will always be her daddy
Great storyline for sure a quick read but won't disappoint. Santana home life is miserable but she strips to protect her baby and younger sisters from her father's wrath. Legacy was a straight up good guy. A little confusing when Tana moves to miami and just leaves her life in Atlanta behind memories and all. Now in Miami legacy runs into tana and still has feelings for her,not knowing who he is until Dakota birthday Tana realizes her past she block out has been around all this time. Drama with baby daddies and fake friends but in the end tana is happy and back in Atlanta.
Only 3 stars because I am so confused right now...this book had so much potential and the storyline was good but it needed so much work. Four years is not long enough to forget your past friend like that unless there was an injury to the brain....no matter how traumatic....ehh for me. Part 2 May be better but I'm done for now. I kept reading because the storyline was good. There were numerous errors as well and I had to figure it what the author was trying to say....
I absolutely loved this book. So glad Tana found her happily ever after. L A was a great guy and he loved Kota like she was his. I can't believe Falen was so dirty glad Tana reconnected with her real bff. I see so much potential for a part 2 or new one with Jaida and Damoney story.
Very confusing and hard to follow. I kept reading because there was potential in the storyline however the more I read the more confused I became. There were characters that would just appear in the book out of no where with no explanation as to who they were or prior relevance.
I loved this book it was a beautiful love story in the end although it started off so cruel. Legacy was such a great guy I really love how they reconnected after all those years. The author did a great job with this book. The best part was that it was one installment and no waiting for part 2. I recommend this book you won't be disappointed.
This was great at first I was a little confused after that stuff happened with Santana's sisters and then it skipped to four years later and she meet Jai and LA but then the story just flowed and I got to the part that help me understand why she didn't remember them. Overall great story there were however a few errors but nothing to really throw you off.
This book was far from perfect. I remember in primary school, to encourage us to read my teachers would say that reading would help to develop our spelling, grammar and vocabulary... But this book would actually take you backwards. This book was also VERY confusing atleast for the first quarter but I continued to read and enjoyed it very much after that.
Storyline was great just a little thrown off .... Wish to know the characters a little more and get more background hopefully if there's a part two things will be more clearer.
The book held my attention even though I was lost for awhile. You can not tell me person can suppress their memories of their best friend. Once everything was clarified I was good. Would have liked a better ending or at least to be continued.
Damn I'm loving Dakota and legacy relationship this was outstanding I can't WAIT to see how this story unfold and praying Santana gets her mind rite cause her heart gone already
This book was really good I hate the sisters died so song but she took care of her baby without any help legacy and demoney I fell in love with this was a very good book
It was ok, a little confusing at times with the same people having multiple names, but once you figured out everyone's second and third names it was ok.
