I am not here to judge the author whether she had spiritual stuggles with evil powers or mental illness due to current Western lifestyle and drug abuse. The book captures why the fascination with eastern spirituality is not good for anyone and how important Christian values are to maintain stability in personal and social life. Also the book was written in 1988, well before Permananda was exposed. The book shows the connection between Sai Baba and Premananda. If you believe one is criminal and another is god, you are a special kind of stupid.
