A reasonable, non hyped way to write about 'the IoT'. That being said, it's mostly common sense advice: make sure you know what you're talking about, IoT projects mean changes across organizational structures, show rather than tell, prototype as much as possible, find a sponsor. (Gave it an extra star just for the bed sensors in hospitals example)
