Elena is an author in need of a muse. Her relationship with her fiancé is rocky and has left her feeling restless and untethered. She's in need of some motivation and it comes in the form of a dark and handsome Thornton Darko from her favorite death metal band, Cellrager. After exchanging sexually suggestive messages on his social network page for several days, Elena is in a position to meet Thorn in person. Since her fiancé moved out because he needs time to concentrate on his art for an upcoming show, she is definitely tempted to meet up with him to see where things lead.
Thorn is instantly attracted to Elena and seems a bit obsessive and while it makes her feel a bit uncomfortable she finds herself drawn to him, too. Their instant connection isn't all fun and games. Thorns dedicated followers don't take kindly to Elena and threaten her safety and the safety of those around her. Is being with Thorn worth it? Is he all he says he is? Elena doesn't know if she has the guts to stick around and find out.
I loved the tense and volatile relationship Elena and Thorn shared. I would have really liked more background information on Thorn. His background and childhood were soooo tragic. Also, the supernatural part was interesting. It turns out Thorn is a warlock and Elena comes from a line of witches. I hope to see that develop more in future books.
I'm definitely a fan of Thorn. I like his dark and tortured soul. Can't wait for more of him.

I feel as if the author smoked something and then wrote the story. I read plenty of books and so can honestly say that she kept losing me. Her story was all over the place. Sometimes I just couldn't understand what was happening and then it gets explained AFTER the fact which in this case doesn't help the reader stay focused. In saying all this I really liked the premise just wish it could've been executed better

I have LOVED every book of Ashley Black that i have ever read. This right herebis no exception, i was hooked from word one! You dont know how to feel, what to think. I go from shock, to hell yeah, to WTF, to how can this be. I get addicted....now im addicted to Thorn. Elena and her little teasing ways, she might have bit off more than she could chew. Oh how i would love to take a bite of Thorn in all his messed up hottness. Ashley Black is one of my all time favorite authors ever and in my opinion, you can never go wrong with her if you want one wild ride. 5 hot messed up additive stars!!

I'm part of the blog tour for Crave Your Hate...the blurb sounded fantastic, so I signed up. Found out it was book 4 in a series...so time to start with Tease Me, book 1
Honestly? As the book started I was engaged...intrigued even. Rocky relationship with fiancee coupled with boredom and tequila? Yep, social media time! I completely understand...along with the flirting and teasing of the lead singer to your favorite death metal band. Simple, straightforward, a fun way to pass the time and really...what can it hurt? You're in one spot...he's in the other. It's not like you're flirting and teasing "in real life or in person".
But really? once Elenda and Thorn meet for the first time it all starts to fall apart. The story from then on is SO hard to follow. It jumps, feelings change constantly. It's more disorganized than angsty or emotional. I had to force myself to keep reading to try and understand. I was so disappointed because the story line was top notch, being witch and warlock was a surprising twist I didn't understand since I didn't see that it was supposed to be paranormal at all...but it didn't bother me. I could roll with witches and warlocks, an enchantment and even a spell or two...but the disjointed? Nope, so difficult. I honestly don't know that I want to read any more of the series if it's going to continue in this hard to read, disjointed manner...BUT...I like the story line so much I wanna keep reading...I'm a glutton for punishment...so I'll start Thrill Me and see if it's any better.

Be prepared for the Sumptuous Thorn... He is Everything Carnally Animalistic. Oh, and he bites, Hard!
Ashley Black is a new to me Author and I am so dang happy that I found her because now she is one of my top favorites. I plan to immediately start reading her other series!
What can I say about Tease Me! Thorn? Elena?
First, this book is so appealing and beyond epic! I read it and it's follow ups in one sitting.
As for Elena, she is one super Fiesty women. I absolutely enjoy her personality.
She is an Erotica Author, Echantress and currently doesn't have a muse to help keep her creative juices flowing.
One night, while online, after Elena commented on Lead Rock Star - Death Metal's Messiah - Warlock ,
Cellrager ,Thornton Darko, he ACTUALLY responded back to her. That was just the beginning on this sadisticly hot, twist and turns on a crazy roller-coaster. It is one sweet ass ride!
I most definitely recommend this, you will not want to miss the awesome, dark ride into all things Thorn!

Elena is an author in need of some inspiration she finds just what she's looking for and so much ,ire in the troubled rock star and warlock Thornton Darko. After lots of teasing via social media and her fiance walking out on her Elena goes to the pier hoping Thorn shows up. After being thrown over his shoulder with her best friend things in Elena's life goes horribly wrong! ;
although I'm not into or understand all the warlock and witches stuff I enjoyed the story and am looking forward to finding out who is behind all the cloak and dagger stuff.

Receiving an arc copy of this great serial starter was how I first encountered Ashley Black.
Having caught my attention from the start, I was unable to put this book down and read it all in one sitting. The cliffhanger ending means I'm trying to be patient waiting for the next installment. A love triangle develops as you are drawn further in, the more you read. Deep and dark, warlocks and witches, I'm hoping the characters develop more along this line in the next book.

FB finds Thornton Darko lead singer in a death metal band. Now most of us who love rockstars would be out of our minds if this happened but for Elena this statement is literal You see Elena comes from a line of
Enchantresses and put together with Thorton this has the makings of an all out

TENSE!!
Holy stomach clenching! I am so invested in this twisted and fascinating story. Thorn, the rock star, seems crazy but I'm thinking this author may be misleading us. From witchcraft to self flagellation, our rock star has a problem and it is called insanity. It ends on a cliffhanger and I'm glad I already have book 2!!
This author has an intriguing imagination!! I can liken her to Viveca Benoir and her dark series about Matt.

This story is fascinating!!! I love Thorn and Elena! So much mystery about him that he intrigues you every moment you read about him. Elena is so consumed by Thorn that she can't leave him. Something exciting is happening at every moment with Thorn and not always good! This book is a must read! This author has a thrilling imagination that will take you where you have never been.
