Someone will die.
Someone will live.
Who these will be will depend on Jade being able to figure out the cryptic messages before time runs out.
Someone will discover her secret.
Someone has been deceiving her.
And Jades life will once again be changed forever.
Wow, so appreciate receiving these books for free. Once I finished them, I was sorry that I was done and wished I had read them even sooner not to miss out. Jade and Aiden are quite special characters.
I got these for free on Amazon and boy am I glad that I finally got around to reading them both. I did not realise that the story was based on the Gold Coast, but it was great, I have been to the places that are mentioned.
The relationship between Jade and Aiden is great and gets better the more that Jade comes in to her powers.
Wasn't keen on these books. When you read the first you're thrown in the story, no character building. When her bbf gets kidnapped I didn't really care because there just wasn't enough to really care about in any of the characters. You form no emotional attachment to any of them and the main girl just whines throughout the whole thing. No one likes a whiney heroine who is meant to be kick ass. Really struggled to finish it. Put it down a number of times and I'm pleased I didn't pay for it as I think it would've been a waste of my money. Won't be continuing with the series.
Jade’s mother is dead. Aiden takes her away for her safety. Jade stops a manic from shooting a cafe full of people by somehow transporting them all to the beach. Now they need to leave again. This time they head to London by Anna and Dave. Then the impossible happens, Jade’s mother is still alive but in the hands of a psychopath. The race is on to save her mother and everyone she loves. Who will be targeted and who will survive. A roller coaster ride has begun.
What a good clean story with great characters. It starts out with Jade and Chelsea as best friends and Aiden is Jades boyfriend. Jade soon finds out that she is not like everyone else. That changes how she sees and thinks about things. There are lots of questions to be answered and it also takes time to get used to lots of new things that keep changing in Jades life. I hope that you enjoy this action-packed story.
The characters come to life and you know how they feel. The plot has twists & turns to keep you guessing. Now I'll have to have the rest of the set go know how it all turns out!
Jade finally knows what she is capable of and has to master her abilities. I love her strength and loyalty to her friends. Her life is a mystery and because of it everyone she knows is in danger. Fast paced story and amazing surprises. Could not put it down.
I liked the characters and the story. I would like to read more about Jade and her friends but I am a little afraid where it all leads from the titles. I really liked the concept of the first two books. I reserve judgement on the rest.
Puberty can be a royal pain, but when it awakens powers that are impossible in you, are you losing your mind or is it real? This series is a page turner with twists and gasps along the way. And the ending is a headplant you don't want to miss.
Great read, keeps you wondering to the end and now I can't wait to read book 3.............................................................lwating to see what's next in Jades life
This is a great series, its action packed and the plot unfolds nicely. I love that it is based in Australia but includes other countries as well. The main characters are easy to connect with although definitely more grown up than their age is. Definitely worth a read!
