Hunky, chiseled Jonathan Steele is the ultimate Bad Boy Billionaire. He simply loves ‘em and leaves them.
When he loses a hand at poker and has to impersonate a mailroom clerk for two weeks, devoid of all his trappings of wealth, he encounters curvy black temptress Brittany Johnson and simply must have her.
But Brittany proves to be smart, driven and has no time for men, much less an unambitious mailroom clerk, albeit one who looks like an Adonis.
Bad Boy Billionaire Jonathan sets about trying to woo the big, beautiful (BBW) Brittany only to discover she has a deep, dark secret, one which could lead him down a very dangerous path.
Will Jonathan manage a romance with the girl who makes his pulse race, or will BBW Brittany rebuff his advances?
I could see what the book was “aiming” for but it lacked a lot of substance. I think Ace lacked any depth and Paris didn't really have much of a personality. Also, they tried to throw in some ”gangster” ”ex-military sniper” it was all just not cohesive.
It could have been worse... But I think they should really reevaluate their plot line for this book.
I enjoyed this book, loved the characters and enjoyed the story line, my one complaint about the book is the grammar. Please take a little time to have someone read a check, that would so elevate this book.
