About the Author

Mark E. Roosa has been practicing judo for over forty-five years and is currently a member of Hudson Judo Yudanshakai, where he has attained the rank of godan. He is a member of their board of examiners and is promotion secretary. In addition, he has owned and operated Ulster Budokai Inc. in Kingston, New York, since 1976.

Thought provoking book, plenty of ideas for fellow judo coaches to think on and even expand within their own dojo.
