The Fat Girl is back, taking her Running Experiment to the limits of binge eating, binge television, and binge laughing. With BFF, Bubby, Pocket Girlfriend and the rest, it's The Fat Girl like you've never seen her before. Eat. Laugh. Run.
Secretly a Disney villain, Kristann began writing her blog (www.thefatgirlrunning.com) as a way to chronicle her weight loss journey. She never dreamed she would soon have over 1K followers on both the blog and on social media. When not avoiding deadlines and stalkers, Kristann can be found in the mountains of Arizona either doing activities that do not require pants or working as a nurse by night. She is currently hoarding Skittles and books in preparation for the apocalypse. Join her and BFF as they plot to take over the world…
Fantastic continuation of a fat girl's journey to lose weight. I loved catching up with what's been going on for my favorite "fat girl." Her antics kept me in tears from laughing and in awe of her honesty. If you're a fan of The Running Experiment, better check out this latest installment...and if you haven't started book one of The Running Experiment, you should get on that!
Thoroughly enjoyable read from beginning to end. At times I found myself laughing out loud at the shenanigans that Fat Girl Running and her friends get into. Read along with her on her continuing journey to lose weight, you won't regret doing so.
Witty, funny and hilarious insight to this author!
This is my first book by this author, but I assure you it won't be my last! I'm kicking myself for not having read her other books sooner. This author's writing style is so approachable and relatable and witty. I laughed, I got teary and my heart grew three times it's normal size.
I love the fact that the more I read this book, the more I got to know this author and realised what an amazing woman she is. Her life experiences, her ups and downs and her shenanigans entertained me for hours, I stayed up until 2 AM because I couldn't put it down. The things she has been through, the things she has learned, the things that has helped her grow as a person, we can all relate and emphasize with these things as fellow women and human beings.
I gotta say, I really want to meet her so I can give her a hug and her BFF, they both sound like two fun and incredible women. I really recommend this book, oh by the way you might want to stock up on snacks, the recipes and mentioning of delicious food with pictures (not fair!) will make you really hungry!
Whether it's forgetting how to speak while fangirling out while meeting her idols, teaching her kidney who's boss, or just reliving memories of Bubby and Seester, Kristann relays it all with an instant feeling of camaraderie
And her adventures with BFF almost feel like your own memories, thanks to her descriptive language, and instant relatability
Take a trip off of the couch with the Fat Girl... You won't regret it
Another fantastic journey with my favorite fat girl. I love the journey and the laughter this book brings. I am so blessed that Kristann is a part of my life
