Logan Crawford thought he had his whole life planned out; own a business with his two best-friends, enjoy the company of the bevy of females that flock around his Hollywood good-looks, and NEVER fall in love. He was so wrong.
A tragedy in his past holds him hostage, to promises made by a scared teen - preventing him from letting go - until one woman, and an unlikely new friend, grab hold of his life, and force him to break-free from the chains that have bound him for so long.
The events that free this Adonis, don't come without plenty of hilarity and humiliation - much to the delight of his two friends, who have been waiting for this god's fall from grace. Join him as he shares his tale of humor... and hope.
Bound by S.H Timmins is the final book in that Destination Series
follows on from Bent and Buffed and can be read as a standalone but references from the other books do appear bringing back funny memories. From Alex's 'inicident' to Dante's 'dancing'.
The story revolves around the last man standing Logan. Logan loves his numbers and order but his life gets interesting and complicated when another female takes his attention from the woman he's always loved, Laney who makes him deal with his past instead of hiding from it.
This story is different compared to the prior two books, Bent and Buffed. Bound is more emotional in the story as well as a lot of comedy and humour which create the perfect balance in the story.
So be prepared and bring the tissues! I have always claimed to be unshockable when reading and at times unaffected by emotional scenes but in at least two parts of the book I broke down like a baby much to the horror of my husband (I never cry when reading) then laughed so hard the next which gained me plenty of strange looks by husband.
Even though it is the last book in the series I can see plenty of scope for it to continue as they side characters all deserve their own story and hopefully at some point we will hear them.
I'm excited to see what S.H.Timmins will write next, she is extremely talented author that can write humour and heartfelt emotional scenes so beautifully. She is definitely a one click author for me.
Bound is the third book in the Destinations series and is Logan's story. Logan is far more broken and hilarious than I had originally thought. His past is heartbreaking however his future is promising. I enjoyed learning more about him and seeing him grow emotionally with the presence of Princess and Laney. There are several laughs, a few teary moments and some zaniness in this story just like in the first two books. Like a true romantic comedy, Bound leaves you feeling warm and smiley after the last word.
Ladies, please leave your undies at the threshold! The Golden God has entered the building! I seriously couldn't wait for this story and it was so much more than I hoped for. The amount of emotion this story pulled from me, sexy times included, was unbelievable. Logan is such a perfect specimen but so flawed inside. Timmins shows Logan's insecurities and it makes me want to nurture him! I love every one of Timmins's stories and I simply can't wait for the next! Fantastic job, lady!
5 stars aren't nearly enough for this one! Hands down the best of the series!! The story flowed smoothly, the characters were well developed and loveable. And the story line itself was amazing. Will take the reader on an emotional rollercoaster ride of epic proportions.
(I received an ARC in exchange for my honest review)
Wonderful book. It was funny and witty. It gave me some good laughs and was very enjoyable to read. The problems the characters faced weather it be in their relationship or their own personal demons make this this story more interesting and keeps you engaged and wanting more. I highly recommend this book to anyone thinking of reading it.
Wow as this is the last book in this series it do not lack in any way it keeps you on your toes and wanting to know what happens with Logan love it from start to finish.
Oh my god, this of all the books is my favourite. You have had me giggling, laughing hysterically, snorting my coffee and finally crying. I have run the gauntlet of emotions with Logan, Laney and Princess. This story for me puts the others in the shade, I love Dante I do and I tolerate Alex but Logan who is even more beautiful on the inside has reached favorite book boyfriend status.
