The second book by S. See that I have read, I highly recommend. A brief description of several lesser known, but extremely enjoyable, works of art by famous, obscure, and anonymous artist, each brief take (3 or 4 pages) offers insight and entertainment to the art lover.

Mostly a collection of things he's already said in his Boston Globe column, but any art critic that can boldly call Dale Chihuly's Retrospective a case of naked emperor gets my vote. A good book to take on tour of Boston metropolitan area.

Great book

I loved this book. Beautifully written and insightful. Wonderful to pick up and read intermittently or over many weeks or all at once.
