Shaw When I found out I was pregnant with the Robert Stone’s child, I had no idea my world would unravel. But it did. I lost my internship, was kicked out of my mother’s house, and had virtually no money to my name and no place to go.
I did what any rational, newly impregnated woman would do…I called Robert and left him scathing messages. When I still didn’t hear from him, I called his family and begged them.
I didn’t know Robert tragically died. And it’s not my fault that Cameron, his cold, ruthless, asshole brother flew from England to retrieve me and prove to all that I was lying.
Cameron
I don’t believe she carries Rob’s child. No, I’m convinced that she is nothing but a con artist bent on stealing money and the very last scrap of sanity from my parents who are still morning my brother.
But I can’t be sure, not definitely. So for the foreseeable future I will keep Shaw Mallory under my roof and close at hand.
The problem is, the more time I spend with her, the more I find that I’m attracted to her. I want to possess her. I desire her.
Now it's my turn to beg...
Short story. Cliffhanger ending. Part 1 of 3. (Very) Adult content.

What have I just read? This is absolutely crap, everything about this book was utter shit. Spoilers below.
The plot had so much potential, I have read a book similar to this plot and it was honestly amazing! Connected by A.E Murphy - completely adored this. Well anyway, the delivery of the plot in Beg was ridiculously poor. I mean it could have worked but there was time jumps and what not so there was NO CONNECTION between the characters whatsoever. I was just sitting there reading Cam's point of view where he states how much he dislikes her and how she's ugly or fat I think. Next fucking chapter, he finds her so damn beautiful! Excuse me, but what the fuck did I miss? How can you go from 0-100 real quick? Consistency is key so if she is fucking ugly, let her be ugly for the whole damn book, how is she beautiful all of a sudden? I know this is fiction but lets be realistic for once. It's cool if the author wants the girl to come across pretty in the book at a later date but make it happen gradually and effortlessly so the readers can believe it.
"Something about her swollen body that has captivated me" That is a fucking weird reason to find her 'seductive' as he stated. Maybe it's the way the sentence was written, but I find that very weird and cringy. I'm not saying pregnant women bodies are ugly, however the way he went from hate to finding her beautiful and wanting her, was terribly fast and unrealistic.
The book didn't flow at all, I didn't understand why he felt one thing and then felt the opposite one second later. There was no clarity, nothing was described properly and the characters were underdeveloped. Character building is key, fucking essential af but this was not included in the book. His attraction and feelings for the girl (forgot her damn name) was sudden and obviously felt off-key to me. Also, coming to the end of the book, Cam said he wants to fucking marry her!! How in the fuck did he come to make this decision, what are his reasons? This is just absolutely ridiculous. What kind of bullshit is this pls?
AND I HATE THE FACT THIS IS A THREE PART SERIES. BECAUSE OF THE FUCKING END, I WANT TO READ THE NEXT DAMN PART. I'M SO MAD THAT THIS WAS AWFUL AS IT COULD HAVE DEVELOPED INTO SUCH A BEAUTIFUL LONGER READ.
Ok so this is a type of book is a fairly common one (involving very rich man and a poor pregnant girl) and most readers either love or hate it. I don't really care either way I don't mind the idea of the storyline as long as the book is well written I am happy and I think if you don't like this type of storyline don't read it. I was quite surprised how much I enjoyed this book, I found it entertaining but it is written like most of these type of books are so don't go into it expecting something different because then you are just setting the book up to fail. I really like Cam and Shaw although some people would say she needs more of a backbone and that he is an asshole (they would be right about that) I still really enjoyed the story and characters, even if it's not realistic (it is fiction people). I enjoyed the supporting characters and the secondary romance with Molly and Kent was an added bonus. I hope we see Alex, Griff and Dougal get their own stories too because I want to see more of all of these characters.
my first book by this author and I really enjoyed it. just when I thought I knew what would happen next, there would be some twist that I didn't see coming.
This book felt so rushed and the characters didn't have a lot of development. It was also strange how much he disliked her but then also wanted her almost out of the blue. There was zero build up to it and it felt rushed. The climax was surprising and then out of the blue he's threatening to kill and hurt her. I just didn't like this story even though I really liked the premise of it
So something happened to this author. I know this book was updated to the full length novel but I have never gotten it. Which is why this book will have 2 stars. I did enjoy the book but it was not complete and I haven’t been able to find it anywhere.
Rereading this book. Love the wonderful dialogue between the characters. Please continue with these delightful books. Your stories are great for reading over and over. Thank you.
Beg: 4.5 stars, quite an enjoyable read. Loved all the characters.
Bonus book one: Trouble: 2.5 - 3 stars . I had a love hate relationship with this book. Loved Hannahs Nana, the main characters Gregory Lucas and Hannah I did sometimes have mixed feelings with. At the start really like Hannah, she was funny, independent and strong but as the book went on i feel she may have lost it a bit, still really liked her. Now Gregory...... Gregory, Gregory, Gregory...... he passed me off so bad, the way he treated her sometimes was just grrr... what a bellend, but yet there are some scenes like when it was his birthday that his sweet and I like him. I don't get her plan for the wedding tho( major spoiler here/.But this book does have so good points so for me its a 2.5-3 stars.
Book two: Mine: 3.5 - 4 stars. What to say, really enjoyed this book, but a few times it did get on my nerves. The hero's constant use of the word love, it was overused a few times that it lost its meaning to me. Like in one chapter, it was love every few lines. It was like come on, I know he is meant to be British but we over here do have other terms of endearment. But I did still enjoy this book.
3 Stars-Average (it was good but nothing to brag about),
I'm not sure if whether to say that the book dragged or it didn't have enough details. I did enjoy the read, don't get me wrong. I guess you can say that there were some times where I felt lost but then there was some times where I felt at ease. It was a conflicting read for me. The story was told in Dual POV. Suspenseful and HEA, no cliffhanger. Be prepared for lots of twists and turns and of course some sexual content but no extreme. 18+ readers.
Beg is a good, short, fast read. Since it is shorter read I didn’t quite fall in love with the characters. Cameron is a dick in the beginning to Shaw. She goes to him to find his brother; the father of her child, and his family decides to take her in. He treats her like crap till the middle of the book when you read that he loves her and cant stop thinking about her. Shaw also hates everything about Cameron till that same part when she says that she thinks about him all the time. I did like that writing style from this author but I just felt that the relationship was forced on us. I just hoped that it was maybe 10 more pages to explain what made their feeling change. I will continue to read the series since I want to know what happens.
A romantic Sunday read with just a touch of who done it, May 1, 2016 I absolutely want to strangle Cam!! There were a couple points in the book I felt my blood pressure rising. Shaw is a fun little heroine , with attitude and the ability to weigh the pros and cons realistically and make her moves accordingly . As for who Robert can't say I'll miss him. The story intertwines romance , intrigue and wth very nicely . A good romance .
I read this book because I was bored and could not find anything else to read. I enjoyed the book. But I would not even think about reading it again. The plot was not clear, and I did not understand why the brother had to be so mean and abusive. Overall I got bored with the book, its a cliche book. A cold heart broken man and poor innocent girl.
This book will keep you on your toes. Robert was like all typical men, get what he wanted then just disappears. Shaw was left to pick up the pieces, that he left her with. Cameron comes across as a real prick, but you can see underneath that he is a man battling his own demons. I just glad Cameron got his head out of his ass before it was to late.
This is another good book by Kristina Weaver. The situation is basically the same as the other books I've read by her, but the story lines are always unique. Shaw and Cameron fall for each other in a unlikely way and you can't help but root for them to reach their happy ending. Beg is what he must do to get what he truly wants. Great read.
Loved it! But the wording on somethings sucks and is hard to follow. Especially when there's like a million characters too remember. I liked the fAct that none of the characters are tied together in the different books. It kept it fresh and wanting more.
2.5 Had potential but female was a pushover and the ending was just plain dumb. I was saying "Are you kidding me?" and "How unorginal and cliche" every ten seconds. Giving it 3 stars instead of 2 only cause I like the authors writing style
I liked this book, unfortunately I did not know there was a full length edition. I actually got the one that was 69 pages, so I will have to get the full length to finish it.
Dnf 35% Did not like how it skipped time by months. Did not like how shaw had a nickname of 'ducky' from the baby's grandparents that came out of nowhere.
