Another mega-church is robbed despite the FBI's surveillance. Tension ratchets up as a member of Samaritan's "heist" team is killed and the "Robin Hood" act isn't quite as fun as they thought.
Deals with Islamophobia and alt-right politicians.
I didn't enjoy this volume as much as the first, I wasn't that invested into the story and I think it might have been because I was wary as to Islam and Muslims being used as a plot device. Although, I liked the art in this volume more than I did in the first.
This story is better than I expected it to be. I'm always intrigued by stories where someone is doing something wrong, but you can see it from both sides and can sympathize. It's illegal, but how "wrong" is it?
I originally bought the first two copies, and after reading the second one wish I had the next two. I can really relate to the writer because I have felt similar ways in regards to tithing. Definitely a modern day robin hood!
While the premise seemed ok in issue one it really doesn't carry through. It's a simplistic plot that can be found in any generic cop or FBI show episode, and the characters became more unlikable the more I read.
