Part art book, part self-depreciating autobiography, Kiddography is a fascinating look inside the work of illustrator Thomas Kidd. I found his stuff for the long-gestating "Gnemo" project to be among my favorite work. I hope he finds a publisher for this project some day!

Some striking art in this one, but I think I liked it the least of the fantasy art books I've read. They didn't engage my imagination the way the others did.

I was left thinking that they were definitely art to sell books with.
