Informative
The book provides general descriptions of various stones and minerals. I like how the book connected the use of crystals with Chakra healing. As with learning anything new, there are certain precautions people should take. This book did not detail many if there are any. Overall this book would be a good reference guide when deciding what crystals and minerals are appropriate use for mental and physical ailments.

Not bad. Would have liked more pics of the stones, but its a pretty decent beginners guide for using crystals.

A Good Starter Textbook
