This was a pretty short and relatively basic guide to the the chakras, which is exactly what I desired. It was split into distinct sections that provided information on what the chakras were and where they were located, before moving onto detailing how to heal, balance, and enhance them through meditation, kundalini yoga, and colours. I found it straightforward and easy to understand, whilst also being informative and never too overwhelming, in any area.
