Se7en Deadly SEALs are not the heroes I thought they were
6ix shots of rum I had the night I was violated
5ive months I hid so no one would discover my secret
Four times I visited Grant in the hospital to attempt to tell him the truth
Thre3 jobs I worked while I was alone to protect the truth
Two days my angel lived on this earth
One plunge of my stiletto heel permanently marked my attacker
Zero chance he can run now that I’ve discovered his identity
I didn’t reinvent myself to seek revenge, my goal was to exonerate my brother. I will still spend my last breath working for his freedom. But first, I will get mine. He must pay. I’ve lost control, I’ve snapped. I’m crazed.

As part of the 2017 Reading Challenge, I am doing on Facebook we are encouraged to try and clear our already too long TBR piles, so I decided this year to make more of an effort to clear out old books that I have had sitting on my Kindle. Crazed was Episode #3 of a serial by Alana Albertson called the Se7en Deadly Seals. Mia decided to go undercover as a stripper called Kseyna to find out what happened the night her brother was arrested for Murder. This gave her an in with her brother's crew and what used to be his good friends including her ex-boyfriend Grant. In Crazed we learn that Mia was raped by one of the teammates and that she ended up pregnant and had a baby boy, the boy was later said to have died. Mia took this as gospel, but this now could be a lie as Tiffany - the girl who died and Joaquin supposedly killed had a son Julian who looks Mia thinks is Joaquin's. What happens though when Joaquin's DNA doesn't match? Is this Mia's son? Mia thinks that it was Mitch who raped her, but what happens when he proclaims his innocence? If he didn't do it, which one did? What will happen when on the cliffhanger, Grant reveals he knows that Ksenya is Mia - will she live to continue her tale? Find out in Crazed, Episode #3 of the Se7en Deadly Seals.
This is one of those infuriating series where you wait for the next installment just to get to end to say noooooooooooooo
I'm happy Mia's secret is finally out but what's next scares me. I wish the stories were longer and the release dates were sooner but that's me being greedy. I still love the story. I can't wait to find who really attack Mia, killed Tiffani, and what's the hold up on the DNA test?
I'll be patiently waiting for my questions to be answered in book 4, Carnal sometime this year
After I read the last sentence of this book I wanted to rip my fucking hair out, i keep touching my kindle hoping there's a page after it says to be continued that I'm positive I'm missing!!!
I have so many questions about what's going on at this point I can't take it. This is one of the best short mystery series I've read in a while.
More and more people know about Mia now, and I can't believe I'm saying this but, I like Mitch. I feel bad for him and I'm assuming I'll read more of him in the next book since he promised Mia he'd help with Joaquin.
I can't wait to start reading the next book in the series!!
This is going to be completely epic. The series IS epic, in fact. I understand why people don't like it partly and would prefere a whole book. I, myself, was scared that my health condition won't give enough time to read it, but I want it to be great, as great as the first book. In order to be great it needs time, like a real good time. There are so many details to count. So, please, don't get mad at author and don't ask the books to be fast. I was so caught up with the first book, that I planned different ways story could progress in my head in the middle of reading. There are 2 things I want: Joaquin to be acquited and Grant forgive Mia. There's one thing I'm sure about - Joaquin is innocent! In fact, he may have the biggest heart among all these SEALs. I'm looking forward to see what Mia is going to do next. I knew that if it was my brother I would go to hell and beyond to save him. And the fact that my brother is now serving in the army, makes all this story even more affecting for me. This is a really great storyline and I'm sure the author would handle it as a hero. What else to say? The Russian and Ukrainian collision. Well, actually those two countries have their own languages, and as a trilingual translator, I can assure that Ukrainian language has nothing to do with Russian langauge. They are completely different and while they may have couple of similar words because they belong to slavonic language branch, I assure you, that I won't understand a whole sentance in Urkarinian even considering my brilliant knowlegde of Russian. And Ukrainians don't speak in Russian and mostly get offended when their language is being compared with Russian. It makes them feel like a they are a part of Russia. However, the author still does it great. For a Ukrainian stripper Ksenya is a good name, better than Kisa for a daughter of a Russian oligarch (don't get me wrong, I like "Raze"). I don't know why, but this series are important to me. The books from this series are the most anticipated. And I'm sure as hell that I'll find a little time to read it during my last year gettin my MA. I'm going to behave myself and think about this series as a reward.
I am enjoying the series, the only complaint I have is that the book are low in pages and that each book takes forever to come out. I am inpatient reader and like to be able to find out what happens fast, I would enjoy these book better if they came out fasted as they are low in actual pages or more full length book if is going to take so long for each book. I really want to see were this all leads to there is so much going on I usually don't like a mystery but am finding I like the mystery and the scenarios that are intertwining I want to find out what happened to the baby, if it is really the child that was thought to be dead? who killed the stripper and who attacked Mya? Will all these different plots be linked together in the end? will Mya get her true love back in the end? Will keep waiting to find out but wish it would move along faster....
Title: Crazed Series: Se7en Deadly SEALs #3 Author: Alana Albertson Genre: Contemporary Romance Pages: 65 Heat Level: 3 out of 4 flames Overall Star Rating: 4 out of 5 stars Reviewed by Kay the Snitch bItch
I'm a little obsessed with the novella series about Mia and Grant. The books aren't long but they pack a punch. Mia is set on revenge against the man who attacked her and clearing her brother's name of murder. She's still keeping her identity a secret, or so she thinks.
Grant has figured out that the stripper he's drawn to is really Mia. He's pissed and kind of a douche about it. He knows she trying to help her brother but he doesn't think that's all she's up to.
There's a couple of big surprises but no closure to the series yet. I'm ready for the next one!
First off, I was hoping this book would have been longer, especially since there is such a while between releases. But I am impatient :)
I did really like this story, especially the end. The mind games they are playing on each other are all really interesting. I didn't really love the chapter from Mitch's point of view....it just seemed to take up space in an already too-short story.
This episode picks up where the last one ended. Lots of revelations and more loose ends but you can’t help but get pulled on this ride What I thought was the bad guy turns out false. It’s like a train wreck you can’t look away from. And Mia/Ksenya is frustrated over all the lies that just pours out of her mouth. She can’t help it. She be Undercover Stripper Mama. The good girl in her wants to come clean and confess all, but I feel she is not capable of giving the whole truth. Her character is confused, not at all like an empowered female. I’m just a bit disappointed over her. She still has feelings for Grant and gets easily jealous. Grant is not about to hold back sexually, not taking any prisoners. Hah, “mr. I’m alpha dominant” is going to show the naked woman in his bed a thing or two. Again, ends in a cliffy……..I’m beyond frustrated about being caught up in this merry-go-round. I would rather read. One. Full. Book!
Sorry, I’ll just have to wait for the whole thing to come out as a bundle before shelling out $2.99 for the next 86 pages in Carnal, and $2.99 for 74 pages in Crave.
This book starts where book two takes off there are still so many questions it leaves you wanting to read to find out all the answers.
In this book we find secrets that could destroy them. This story has mind games as Mia tries to get more answers that she is looking for.
In this book we find out what happens to Mia that she was raped and left because she was pregnant and she didn’t want to tell Grant for fear of what may have happened. We find out that she had a baby boy and that died. She goes with the stripper that was with Grant the night of the murder to visit with Tiffany’s family and she sees Julian who looks like her father making her think the boy is Joaquin’s son. What happens though when Joaquin's DNA doesn't match? Could it be that it is her son that she thought died? This book yet again leaves you on a cliff hanger. Makes you want to keep going to find out the answers.
Mia now disguised as Ksenya, the Russian stripper gets a little Crazed as her secret identity becomes too much. She reveals herself to her brother and then again to one of the SEALs on his team.
Grant knows she is Mia and plays her along until she reveals the truth about the baby she had two years ago. They are both crazed, emotionally connected, hurt and acting out against the hurt each is causing the other. Where will their relationship move next?
I purchased Crazed as part of the Se7en Deadly SEALs series anthology.
Mia exposes what happened to her in the past as well as her identity to certain people. Is this a wise decision and will it not only affect her mission to find the truth but what happens when when either her brother goes to jail or is redeemed. And can she be forgiven for everything. Past lies, future accusations and her transformation. Or maybe will she be killed for snooping before she ever finds out the real truth to everything. I can't put it down.
Oh my gawd Alana has got me so, so gripped with the way this SE7EN DEADLY SEALS SERIES, is taking hold. I'm feeling so much for Mia & Grant, what with how much they have missed out for each other, that my heart breaks for them. But here I started not liking Mitch much but by the end of Mia's confrontational towards him, I really felt for him & started to not, not like him, well started not liking him less. Now on to CARNAL, book 4
Mia is a woman on a mission and now she's out for revenge. Grant and his seal team has her running in circles to try to find the answers to a murder and free her brother. It's becoming an even bigger mystery involving drugs, lies and cover ups. And Grant KNOWS Mia has been lying to him the entire time!
The net around Mia tightens as more and more people unravel her identity. How much longer can she stay under the radar? She and Grant have discovered more pieces to the puzzle, but every new piece they find generates more questions than answers. Will they find enough answers in time to save her brother? I received a complimentary copy of this book.
What what WHAT?! Mia’s identity is sneaking out bit by bit and I’m on the edge through this whole story. We’re given so much information in book 3 but at the same time so far away from answers. I’m loving this series and these men more and more and we get deeper in. These cliffhangers are killing me but at the same time I can’t get to the next book fast enough to see what happens next.
A quick read with some new information and steps toward finding out who killed a Tiffany and f Mia and Grant can ever return to what they had. Series of back and forth emotions, some new developments of potentially fake friends and some quick romance scenes. A good read just wish the volumes were less broken up.
I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.
Finally some answers, and the truth is starting to expose itself! Unfortunately, I'm left with more questions than I got answers for! On to the next! I'm obsessed!
Oh boy this book is getting hotter. Mia's hurt and secret has been revealed. Grant definitely wasn't expecting this. I was pissed when Joaquins lawyer was being a sneaky jerk. It is hard for a mother to loss her child. Can Mia find happiness through all this darkness?
Mia thought she had found the man, the one that had ruined her life. Although there was still a lot going on with her brother's committal, she was certain she had a plan to interrogate this guy, to get the truth.
I finally found the longer versions of these books but they say the same so I will finish them this way! She is a great capture of the scene. I love her loops that she takes you on.
I didn't think I would really care for this series, but now I've found myself wanting to know what is going to happen next since Grant has called Ksenya by her actual name Mia. What next?
As much as I'm enjoying this story, I'm just not liking Mia or Grant much. She's a pathetic, spineless girl willing to be used and degraded. And Grant comes off shady and cold as fuck.
